Not only was this house cozy and clean, but the location was perfect! Perfect distance to Gruene, downtown New Braunsfuls and Canyon Lake. Perfect for two couples as two bedrooms had in suite updated bathrooms. Back porch was adorable and we enjoyed watching for wildlife while sipping our coffee. Wish we weren’t so busy so we could have spent more time enjoying the house. Highly recommend!

Love the nature surrounding, cleaness of the property and space. Especially the parking for us that we haul trailer for car shows.

We stayed here for a week and had such a wonderful time. Gruene is very close and such a cute little historic town with shopping and restaurants. The house was very comfortable and clean. We sat on the back porch after long days of sightseeing which was so relaxing. Vicki was so helpful to my questions and responded right away. We loved the basket of local goodies, wine and fresh eggs too. Very happy we chose to stay here.

We had a great stay. The house is clean and comfortable and very spacious. The owner provided some added touches that made our stay even better. Highly recommend this house if you’d like to enjoy New Braunfels and also have a quiet place to escape in the evenings and enjoy more of a cabin in the woods experience.

We get there and see cameras all around the house, walk in see a not that says please don't put the air conditioner below 74 to me that is weird to tell your guess that are paying to stay there what they can't put the temperature on but ok whatever. The things was we kept it on 74 but the house was so hot that the temperature was 83 inside the house. We stayed in the middle of July and we had to go outside to cool off. I text the owner and she said there was nothing they can do about it until after we left. The owner said she would reimburses some money back but here it is two weeks later and I haven't seen a reimbursement. The house was cleaning and nice set up but the cameras need to go , you feel weird like someone is watching you, the beds are uncomfortable you feel like you are digging out of the hole from the middle of the bed at night and they need a bigger air conditioner unit that works 83 is to hot.

The place fit our needs tremendously! Many bathrooms and many towels and she even provided eggs for our breakfast and champagne and chocolate ! So thoughtful! She was celebrating with us !!!!!! Loved the place ! She was definitely accommodating for our group !!!

This property was awesome. It was clean and very nice. The property owner was easy to work with. We will definitely be staying there again.

This house was perfect for our Memorial Day weekend friends trip!! The house was beautiful inside and out and very well kept. So many things we loved about this house starting with the 3 bed 3 bath. The backyard was amazing such a great atmosphere, if we would have brought our kids it was a very kid friendly home! The kitchen and living room were the perfect size with lots of space. Vicki was absolutely so welcoming!! She responded quickly and answered all of our questions and very accommodating!! We would love to stay here again!!
