The center island was the perfect size for gathering around and chatting until the wee hours of the morning :) Everyone raved about how comfortable the beds were. The hot tub was a huge hit as well! The house was very clean and everything was easy to find. The contact person was quick to respond to any questions we had via email. All of the girls talked about how we should come back here every so often - it was so fun! During our stay we walked downtown Deadwood, hiked around the lodge and had supper in Spearfish one night! Highly recommend!

We had issues with hot water and water pressure. They did send someone to attempt to fix it. Unfortunately, it was a hot water heater issue that couldn’t be fixed during our stay. I’m waiting to hear if we’ll be compensated for not being able to shower. If we are, we’ll be satisfied with our stay. If we’re not, I’ll be very unhappy. That’s a lot of money to spend to not be able to shower.

Property was very accommodating for large groups of people. We had 12 people staying so the 6 bedrooms and six bathrooms was awesome. Having a variety of bedroom arrangements was great as well and would work well with having more people along. Large open common areas was nice with big groups. We will be back again!

The stay was wonderful and there was plenty of room for the 8 adults and 8 kids. Having six bedrooms with six bathrooms was great. Loved the bedrooms with the king beds and set of bunk beds for the families with little ones. The house was in great shape and clean. Budi and her staff at Black Hills Adventure Lodging were fantastic to work with as well. The extra refrigerator and the corn hole boards were a nice touch too. Our weather was amazing so we were able to spend a lot of time outdoors. Would definitely rent this home again.

We were there for the UTV trails and they did not disappoint. Access to the trails from the house was super easy. Plenty of maps available right at the house, and the ones in the garage were even highlighted with some sites to see, and suggested routs. Was hoping to get up and use the pool at the clubhouse after riding, but we were having too much fun at the house, so never got a chance to check that out. The only complaint we had was with the ice make in the garage. It was very hit and miss if it was going to work or not. If you are planning on "plenty of ice" you will be disappointed. Otherwise the house was great, and we would not hesitate to go back. In fact were are already talking about it.

The location was ideal for trail riding and biking plus there was ae festival in Deadwood that add to the experiences.The house was in very good condition with plenty of cookware for our large group.The community pool was well maintained an d meet our expectation for fun.The cleaning of the house was better then what we expected. It definitely felt like cleaning was completed with attention to detail.We had on issue with the hot tub and was quickly corrected... no complaints.The layout of the house was conducive to individual families being able to stay together with the little ones yet plenty of play area for all age groups.The kids enjoyed the wildlife and the s'mores .

Loved this home!!! Big open kitchen/living area was great for everyone to be together. Plenty of seating for eating meals. Bedrooms were all set up perfectly with beds & own bathrooms. Hot tub, fire pit & huge garage refrigerator were an added bonus. Would love to come back!!

This property was great for our all adult group from 6 states. We loved the layout and all the bathrooms. The hot water didn't last very long-2-5 mins. at a time so taking showers was a challenge. It was pretty chilly downstairs which was great for sleeping! Very close to a trail for SUVs. Loved the decor and natural wood furniture. We will come back for another meeting!
