My nephew is doing an internship In Pittsburgh next summer so we decided to check out the city. The loft enhanced our stay. Modern, cool, spacious and up to date. With 5 teens/young adults between the ages of 16-21, the pool table was key. It kept them entertained. We all had a blast. I’d go back even without the kids. Such a lovely apartment!

A group of 8 of us stayed at this vrbo - we were in town for the NCAA volleyball tournament. This rental is conveniently located near campus, and we utilized the garage for parking - totally worth the $20 overnight parking fee for the added security.
Fantastic communication with Henry! He answered all of our questions quickly and was extremely helpful.
Due to the shared bathrooms and clever layout of some of the beds, I would recommend this rental for either mixed company that are well acquainted or groups of family or friends that are comfortable enough together to use a common bedroom entry and the shared bathroom spaces.
Highly recommend! We'll be back!!!

A group of us stayed here for our trip to the Senior Olympics in Pittsburgh. It was convenient to downtown and very spacious for all of us. We really enjoyed our stay.

We rented this property for CMU graduation and it was perfect. The check-in process and communication with the property manager were top notch. The apartment was well appointed. The space was great for a family gathering with lots of space for visiting, playing board games and darts and celebrating our graduate! I would say that its right on the line of being just a little too far to walk to CMU (especially for older family members) but the street parking was convenient and there were plenty of Ubers to take us around. I don't think I'll have a reason to visit this area again any time soon, but I would definitely rent here again if I did.

I rented this property for an intimate get together with friends and family to celebrate my wife's Birthday. The space was perfect with a great vibe to hang out and chill! Very clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The host was fantastic to work with and responded quickly and thoroughly with every inquiry I had. He was very accommodating and I definitely recommend this property as a fun, unique, and convenient spot in Pittsburgh.

Great gathering place for families or groups, a really unique space. Quiet, peaceful and FULL of amenities! Anyplace you want to go is a quick trip. We loved our stay!

Extremely spacious apartment that fits a group of 10 easily. Lots of floor space, with a dart board and pool table were fantastic for playing games in our down time.
The floor is uneven in spots, especially in the main living area. The half bath by the front entrance also has a steep angle up to the toilet and sink.
Overall, a great place to have a bachelor party and very close to the strip/shadyside/Oakland/Bloomfield for east travel to many bars and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Large open living area, good to hang out. 6 beds and larger length couches make for plenty of sleeping. Good location if doing something in Oakland/Shadyside area, also quick ride downtown.

7 guys (friends and relatives) in a great, HUGE, loft. Plenty of beds, pool table, darts, and a great kitchen allowed us to make ourselves feel at home. The cement slab floor is a bit wonky, but I became 3 inches taller in some spots! Who could complain about that??
Great location, easy access to all roads that took us where we wanted to go. We have been to Pittsburgh and stayed at hotels in the past. No more! We will be back.
Henry, our contact and property manager was very responsive throughout the process. We couldn't have asked for a better host.

Must stay place!
I took my son and his three best friends on a road trip and our first stop was Pittsburgh. This place was absolutely amazing, the pictures don't do it justice, its absolutely huge and so many extras to do when you want to just stay in and relax during the evening. The host was phenomenal, very informative and professional. We had zero issues and will definitely be recommending this to friends and family. We also plan on coming back and this will be our place of choice to stay.

Great, unique place!!
The property was spacious and very unique! The communication with the property manager was excellent; he was very quick to respond when I had a question or needed assistance. The location was close enough to the Strip for a quick ride from a local vehicle service. There were 6 of us staying and had plenty of room. This is probably going to be an annual trip for us!

Disappointed in accommodations that claims to sleep 12. It sleeps 12 if 6 of them don’t want blankets, pillows or a comfortable place to lay. Just describe it as a place that sleeps 6.

Located in a dingy alley. Parking is tough.
Never received check in code. Had to call & leave messages to get access code.
Cruddy pool table on a sloped floor.
Actual space once inside is pretty cool. Sleeping arrangements were the major disappointment.

Large open area just as pictured. High, industrial ceiling causes a lot of echo but that did not bother us. Mattresses are firm but very comfortable. Kitchen has great appliances but not well stocked. Just the basics. If you plan to cook you should bring your own supplies. Overall we had a great time there.
