Went smoothly, host was accommodating and responsive.

Hands-down the worst VRBO experience ever. The cabin does not have air-conditioning that actually cools the cabin. Per the hosts, there was a flood last year, a pipe burst and damaged the air conditioner and the owner never replaced it. The hosts are wonderful by the way. The cabin also had no hot water. The host replaced the hot water heater the next day, and we allowed them to do so, which took a couple hours, turn the water off, etc., but the owner couldn’t careless. The cabin floor was so dirty that walking around barefoot inside of it turned my & my six year old son’s feet black. This was his kindergarten graduation gift, our father and son fishing trip, and while we made the best of it, the slum-like conditions of this cabin were awful. The owner could care less and as my wife was talking with her trying to explain the situation, she was literally screaming at my wife. When I was communicating her via the VRBO app afterwards, she literally said it’s “so funny” that I wanted a refund. Stay far far away.

Cabin #3 is definitely cute and cozy! - Plenty of blankets & pillows provided - Dogs allowed (very convenient) - Shower leaks even with shower door fully closed - Water pressure in the shower is low even after trying to adjust all the settings (removable shower head is nice!) - Water pressure in the sinks is good - Extra bath towels available, if needed - Lighting inside the cabin is dim at night (even with all lights on) - Closet door is broken - A couple of dried noodles feel out of the kitchen towel when grabbed to use it - A gift was left for us (very thoughtful) All in all, this cabin is totally cute and convenient!

We had such a great time at babe bear cabin #3. It was cozy, clean, great location, and so much fun! We will definitely stay again. Thank you for everything!
