stuff are really nice, and the location
bathroom is very small… and many things missing in bathroom

- nice furniture
- they accommodated my request to have flower preparation for an occasion for an acceptable fee
- they switched my room last minute from smoking to non smoking
- quite room and peaceful
- good AC Temp during summer
- very friendly staff
- good sized indoor pool
- bathroom is has nice finishing
- 24 hour gym
- occasionally the unused white towels had stains
- dust or stains behind the curtain
- very dusty carpet under the bed
- not fully dark room during daytime sunlight creeps from top of the curtain
- view was to a roof of an old unpleasant building

مافي شي عجبني اصلن سيء جدا
تعامل موظفين الفندق سيء جدا و يقولون مافي غرفه حاليا الا سويت يجبرونك تدفع علشان تاخذ سويت والافطار مساحه صغيره وعدم توفير اصناف واجد وعند الخروج يتبلون عليك انك ماخذ شي من الثلاجه ( اخر مره اسكن عندهم )

The hotel lobby was not as good as a 5-star hotel and The room was very boring ,room service was very poor. The doors to the room gave a very bad feeling.

Everything was just perfect: room size, cleanliness, bathroom, amenities. Location is fantastic: walking distance to boulevard, shopping mall and old city. TV set is large enough with good selection of TV channels. Foods in restaurant are very taste and service is fast and effective. So, highly recommended.
Swimming poll is really small. Good for max 2-3 persons.

My room was in the first floor because it was smoking room but I felt I was living in the street, it was very close to the street.the house keeping work only to 6pm the money value was not good I was expecting more luxury in the room for what I paid

The property is in superb location close to Nizami Street. The facility is awesome. The staffs were so nice and welcoming. They offered us a very nice room instead of the one we have booked. The only thing that could be enhanced is the windows, we wished they are openable sort of Windows.
