Great clean house with ample spaces an convenient location to downtown Santa Fe. We had an absolutely terrific time. Highly recommend this property and host.

A wonderful spot for our family to gather for the Thanksgiving holiday while enjoying all that Santa Fe has to offer. Spacious, scenic, and serene. We would happily stay again.

Our fun girls trip was made more enjoyable with our stay at Casa Zoila! Beautiful and a 10 minute drive to art, shopping and restaurants. Tastefully decorated, clean and excellent condition. Felt even more spacious than the photos, with cozy gathering nooks for reading, chatting and yoga. The coffee bar was a delight, offering Keurig, drip and pour over options, complete with selection of coffee, filters, sweeteners. Very well equipped with cooking and serving supplies and stocked with premium water and pantry items. Bedrooms equipped with phone chargers and basket of your own towels. Bathrooms stocked with essentials in case you forgot anything. One of the best properties we’ve rented. I would stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone traveling to Santa Fe!

We are 5 ladies who like shop, relax, and enjoy the Santa Fe area. The home was perfect for our group! The home is extremely clean and furnished beautifully. When we arrived there was a bottle of wine and a welcome note in the beautiful kitchen. There was water in the fridge, as well as, in each of the rooms. A Much appreciated touch was the fully stocked coffee bar. It was stocked for both the Keurig machine, drip coffee maker, and tea. It had various sweeteners and non-dairy creamers. Another wonderful touch was a basket of hydration powder to put in your water. This is so nice given how dry Santa Fe is. Each room in the house had a tissue box. There are so many amenities and considerate touches throughout the house that I could go on forever. This is a beautiful house that I highly recommend!

There are several lovely rooms to stay in, with a master bedroom upstairs. The grounds are lovely and large. It was a very comfortable stay for a gathering of college friends. The home is situated in a nice neighborhood close to downtown. The owner was attentive and accommodating. I would stay at this location again.

Casa Zoila was the perfect place for our reunion. Our group attended college together 60 plus years ago. We enjoyed the many areas in this house to sit and visit. Its location to the Plaza made it easy for us to enjoy Santa Fe.

We absolutely loved staying here! We had 7 stay here and enjoyed every room and view. Very comfortable clean and easy to check in/out. The place has an amazing backyard and sitting area that we enjoyed. And the location is perfect just a short 5 min drive into town or you can even walk! It made our trip so special -would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely, comfortable, clean home with expansive outdoor space, all of which looks exactly the same in person as it does in the photos on this site. The homeowner is an excellent communicator and very pleasant to "work" with. Our group of six reunion-ing college friends had a wonderful stay!

It was our annual girl-cousin getaway - we are five cousins spread across the country who try to pick a spot to get together every year. This year was Santa-Fe and we were so lucky to find Sheila's spot as our home base. It was a perfect place to settle into rest after exploring. So many lovely common spaces for the cousins to reconnect and chat the evenings away over wine and spend the mornings over coffee. Every bedroom was comfy. It was well appointed with everything you might need away from home!

We were thrilled with the house and its proximity to downtown. It had lots of great shared spaces for group hang outs and also plenty of bedroom space, too. The extra large dining room table was also great. Would definitely stay again!

Our golfing group enjoyed this home very much. We especially liked all the little rooms and private places so we could spread out and not bump into each other. Its close to downtown and the roads we needed to access to get to the courses. We even met a close neighbor on the plane, who dropped by to say hi a couple of times. The keyless entry worked very well and allowed us easy ingress and egress.

7 adults celebrating a 40th anniversary and Casa Zoila was just perfect. We especially loved all the unique spaces to lounge, hang, and admire the view! Watching the hummingbirds outback added a charming touch to our morning breakfast. The kitchen is pretty well stocked, as were the linens and toiletries. Be sure to admire the artwork (many pieces created by Sheila, our host!) A very gracious host who was also very forgiving after we accidentally broke a lamp. Everyone had a wonderful stay!

Sheila’s property was beautiful. It embodies all the charm of Santa Fe in a quaint little neighborhood. The listing is accurate and the house has all the necessities. The only fault is cleanliness. It was clean to the naked eye but we did find a pair of dirty boxer briefs in one of the bedroom drawers and a half drank bottle of whisky in the closet. Would still recommend this property to others!

Our group was composed of 9 women in our 60's, friends from college. We have taken many trips together, and this home was a standout. The location was ideal as it was so close to the plaza and other attractions, but we actually ventured out less than usual because we enjoyed the home so much. Check-in was super easy. The home was very clean and the layout was great for our large group. We enjoyed the various living areas and spent time in each one. The same was true about the outdoor spaces with different areas to enjoy and watch the sunset. The homesite is large so it felt very private. All the rooms were lovely, and had plenty of closet space, plus the upstairs master bedroom and ensuite had an extra wow factor and views. We were very impressed with how well stocked the home was. This was a first for us that we didn't need to go out and purchase certain supplies. You could tell Sheila has put a lot of thought into anticipating people's needs. Also worth noting, we appreciated the ample driveway space for parking, and communication with Sheila was fast and easy. This home provided everything we hope for when traveling, because it only enhanced the fun of the get-together! Thank you.

Our group of college friends have been getting together every few years in different places across the US. This year 10 of us were able to meet in Santa Fe. This house was absolutely fabulous!! With three indoor sitting areas, a large dining room, comfortable bedrooms, and a big kitchen/eating area; we had more than enough room to spread out and feel right at home. The home was very clean, nicely decorated with many special touches (personal note, flowers, wine, artwork, linens, etc). Our hostess, Sheila, was always prompt in answering any questions. The house was in a quiet neighborhood fairly close to the Plaza. We were all so comfortable here, we didn't want to leave. Thank you, Sheila, for sharing your beautiful home with us and making our Santa Fe visit perfect!

Extremely spacious home with beautiful decor. Each gathering area is cozy for great reading, quiet time or enjoy in conversation. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. Sheila is such a gracious host. Knowing we were bringing along our 18 month grandson, she ensured we had items out to make his stay just as comfortable and special. Property had more than enough space to accommodate 10 women friends that have known each other for 35+ years. Sheila’s attention to the very smallest of details in every room made for an incredible stay. Highly recommend this property and would definitive stay again!!

Sheila is an absolute joy, and is very knowledgeable and communicative. She made our stay easy and worry free. The house and surrounding properties are stunning- great views, great amenities, and perfect layout! I absolutely loved the 5th bedroom on the second floor and am already missing waking up to those views. There are also many rooms to hangout in, and we especially loved the sunroom. This is a large home that allows for separation or family time when needed/wanted. I loved Santa Fe, and loved that we could walk to the square. I am sure that we'll be back, and will absolutely stay in this home again! Thank you to Shelia for a perfect family vacation!
