The house was even cuter than the pictures! Very clean and well done. It had everything we needed and was a short drive to all our activities.

Mommas house is just the perfect place to bring your group, family and pups if visiting New Braunfels. The house is modest on the outside but completely and beautifully remodeled inside. Three bedrooms you will sleep comfortably on the comfortable beds. Fully fenced yard with plenty of space for your pups to run and play. Media room, well stocked kitchen and everything you need to have a home away from home. Walking distance to Comal, Landa falls and downtown. We had a wonderful stay, and loved to read about the history of Mommas house!!

The pictures on VRBO are all very accurate. The place was as advertised. The back yard was great for our two little Yorkies. Very updated inside. Street is very busy but once you get inside the house you forget all about it. Couldn’t have been any better.

The place is a hidden gem. The location may seem to be on a busy street, but don't let that deter you from choosing this place. It is close drive to the river, restaurants in New Braunfels. Very quiet, comfortable and has modern amenities. The property owners have put a lot of thought into making sure their renters have everything they may need during their stay. The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating was because one of the bathroom had sinks that would not drain. The property management company offered to send someone out, but it was not a needed emergency.

Absolutely loved this house, outdoor and indoor perfectly kept! Just beautifuly laid out and furnished.. just the right amount of room. It was 4 of us including a 3yo. We also brought my dog. We were aslo just around the corner from landa park with all the accesses to the activities and the river. Highly recommend!!

Myself, my husband and 2 friends stayed the weekend. The house is lovely, clean and very comfortable. A gem of a property and a lucky find for our group.

Great property and perfect for multiple people. The house was so cute and has a wonderful family history. We were celebrating 25 years of mother/daughter weekend and there was plenty of room for 5 adults, 1 teen, and 1 infant. The backyard was so peaceful and plenty of room for us to gather. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and the property is conventionally located surrounding attractions. We loved this place and highly recommend to anyone.

The house was overall clean but I think the cleaning crew forgot to sweep before we arrived. We found approximately 10 clear rubber ponytails throughout the house. The hallway bathroom did not drain. I pulled the plug up and it had a large hair accumulation on it. There was also quite a bit of hair in the other bathroom shower upon arrival. The sink disposal had a very foul smell, smelled like seafood. The washing machine had a load of unwashed towels in it from the prior renter.

Will most definitely stay here again and will recommend to everyone. Best location!!!! Momma’s House was worth every penny!

This house was very big and comfortable and very easy location to where we wanted to go. Only downside is when you are trying to get on Landa street it is hard to get out driveway but would stay there again

We booked this over memorial weekend. There were 6 of us total and it was perfect. Very well kept and extremely clean. The pictures are good but it’s better in person. The backyard is nice and has good shade. I will stay here again.

Our visit was perfect. The house was super cute and updated. We were close to everything we wanted to do. The extra living space allowed us to separate the little kids for sleeping, making it more like a 4 bedroom.

Property as advertised on VRBO. Very clean. Spacious. Only gripe is if you plan on cooking, you need to bring or buy everything. The owner does not provide any spices or cooking ingredients. But would stay again.

Great house within a mile from downtown. Only complaint is no complimentary coffee or tea in the house. Also the security should be upgraded .

The location is close to all the places we visited, which was Gruene, Landa park (we took our Shitzhu, Ardie and he loved the ride on the train) we also hiked out at Landa Park, Bucees is always a must! We also shopped alot in the area over by Bucees as well. The house was such a comfort for us. The bedrooms were very nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The TV room is where we spent much of our time. The backyard is awesome because of its privacy and beauty. The weather was perfect! As if we needed any more oohs and aahs, the deer that came out at all hours of the day (it seemed like) added a perfect experience. We loved our stay and we appreciate all the decor and thought put in to this rental. We will stay here again. On a side note, we took our Keurig and our coffee and used that instead just because we don't buy coffee grounds in bags anymore. But I usually take my keurig with me anyway. They do have a very nice coffee pot. I also took extra trash bags and our own paper plates, roll of paper towels just because I like to have that available for my family. Thank you very much.

We chose this property because it was pet friendly and the location. The owners have done an excellent job remodeling the home for a VRBO and the back yard is perfect for pets. We brought 2 of our golden doodle puppies and they had a blast! Just make sure you are aware of the extra fees/taxes/cleaning fees etc because they seemed higher than other places we have rented in the past.

This property is very convenient to all things in the area. Our grandson loved the deer that came each morning and evening and it was a great place to relax, grill, play games and enjoy a good family weekend.

We loved staying in this super cute, clean home! The decor is so well done. It’s a small home with great use of space and super close to Schlitterbahn, restaurants, etc! It’s on a main road in town with no next door or across the street neighbors, so there is some road noise, but it was fine given the location is so good. We would stay here again!
