We loved our short stay at the lake house, situated in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Such a short drive to lots of great restaurants and shopping, we would definitely recommend for anyone coming to Charlotte. We’d love to come back!

Sean & Natasha’s property was absolutely wonderful for our trip. We were catching up with old friends and introducing some new ones and the lake house was the perfect place to relax, have fun, and laugh. It’s a beautiful and calm place to be and Sean & Natasha were overly accommodating to our party. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Charlotte who wants the serenity of the lake house but a location that is also close to the city for the event which we came to town for! It was a wonderful holiday!

This was a wonderful home that worked great for our family. It was well stocked and everything worked as promised. The property manager was very responsive as well whenever we needed her.

The peaceful calm rushes over you like the small waves of the lake. Views are amazing. Lots of comfy sitting. Tvs were easy to use. Sadly it was too chilly for us to use the pool, hot tub, screened porch, etc but the floor to ceiling windows made it just as relaxing but we stayed warm. We already want to plan a summer visit when we can utilize all those great amenities. The home is gorgeous and spacious. And so convenient.

Great experience overall! Interior design and cleanliness were amazing, but we do suggest the following: Check HVAC in all rooms, especially zone damper controls, had to get service for one room first night of arrival. Air out refrigerator—previous guests had seafood and it was obvious—add baking soda box. Move/check kayaks between guests; had to kill poisonous snake after we moved red kayak—it looked like it was underneath for a while.

It was exactly what we was looking for space was great. Everything in the right place. My grandkids has an amazing time. Would definitely rent again.

We had planned to stay at the beach in a typical Marriott hotel. But with rising COVID numbers decided to do something a little more remote. To the person that is deciding rather to book this home, don’t look any further. It was so perfect! Everything was clean (my 6 yr old could walk barefoot w/out me freaking out) the pool was so perfect my children didn’t want to leave. There are so many food delivery options, WiFi was strong enough for zoom calls. Anytime we had a question the wonderful owners were a text message away. Literally this place is the perfect house for all of your needs! We will be back next year!!

The house and host were both fantastic for our Labor Day weekend stay. Very responsive host. Definitely would recommend this property to others.

We had a great time and stay at this house. Plenty of stuff to keep occupied for our entire almost week stay. Only recommendation would be to change out the burlap style carpet.

All of us enjoyed our stay at this property. It left us all with a “I want to do this again”. And we are next year.

Process was smooth and owners were very helpful with addressing any unforeseen issues. We loved the home location and layout. Views were beautiful and plenty of access to supplies nearby. Would definitely rent again.

Our group loved this house! The open living space was perfect for hanging out all together while cooking! We also loved sitting out on the screened porched in the evening. The pool was warm and the lake was even warmer! We all took turns kayaking and paddle boarding. Originally I thought the price seemed high for the location but when we arrived I immediately saw the value. We would happily stay here again!

We normally vacation at the beach, mostly in a condo. This ends up being less than relaxing for me, mom. I have an 8 year old daughter and 6 year old twins. This makes going to the pool and beach a big deal because of the walk and all the stuff we have to bring. I wanted something easier this year. This house fit the bill perfectly. -view was amazing -large porch was a great hangout spot for games, tv watching, doing a little computer work while looking at the great view, taking a nap, etc. -My husband and I ended up using the downstairs queen bedroom. This was a great and easy set up for us since we had guests joining us. We had the whole area that included our room, living room/playroom that opened directly to pool, and bathroom, this was a tough decision because the master bath upstairs was amazing -kids loved the pool and lake so much we pretty much never left the property (seriously, we left once for putt-putt) -we rented a boat and had it delivered to the dock, great fun, lake is big with a few sandbars to hop off to swim and play -TONS of water toys including two amazing paddle boards, goggles, life jackets, pool noodles, and floats -we loved the many thermostats throughout the house that allowed us to adjust as needed depending on where we were -shuffleboard table downstairs was fun, had a family tournament that I didn't win -we were running late packing up our stuff so we ran into the cleaning team, they were extraordinarily nice and we could tell they take pride in their work I had a few minor suggestions that the owners were very eager to hear, none of which would keep us from coming back. We did have to wash a few dishes before using them but we find this is very common when we rent fully stocked kitchens. The house is newly renovated but you can still smell a bit of a "basement" smell when first going downstairs. No problem at all because shortly after we turned on the humidifier, that was already provided, it went away. We bought food for the fish but fed more ducks than fish. If we sat patiently in the boathouse we would see a few catfish. The little library was a neat addition. All of us enjoyed looking through the titles and picking out one or two books to read. I would recommend this house to anyone, but especially to families with young teens and children. There is so much for them to enjoy without ever leaving the house.
