Overall, this is one of the best condos we’ve ever stayed in. The location and views are amazing! The condo itself was beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. The check in was a little lengthy, but I know they have made some changes recently and are working through them! Overall, I would definitely stay again, and I also highly recommend!

3 Bedrooms 2 1/2 bathrooms with a great layout. Clean and had everything you could need. Could not have asked for better.

Condo was beautiful.

The condo was clean and nicely decorated with comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen. The spacious balcony with couch, chairs, ottomans, and 2 tables is easily enjoyed from sunrise to bedtime. The views from the large and truly oceanfront balcony were perfect! The check in process with tour of the parking and beautiful amenities was quite helpful. The building is beautiful and the condo provides a most relaxing beach/ oceanside vacation !

Very nice place in every perspective. Beautiful view, exceptional furnishings, plenty of room, nice people in the building, nice neighborhood, easy to get in and park. Very safe and secure building. Communication with rental was easy and prompt. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Highly recommend.

We had a great week in this condo. The bedrooms are large and the deck is covered for rainy days and huge for plenty of people to sit and watch the waves. Plenty of utensils and cookware!! Even a keurig!

Beautiful building, Superb deck and view..

We loved our stay at Ocean Vista. The condo complex is so well taken care of by the very attentive staff. The condo itself was very nice, as was the workout room, pool, hot tub and we really enjoyed the grill on the beautiful balcony while looking at the ocean. The dog walk area was wonderful. We really met some nice people that both live in the complex and many others that have rented for many years. We will definitely be back.

This VRBO property is one of extremes. On the positive/amazing side include: The property itself is an extremely upscale condo with almost every building amenity possible The location of the condo is perfect The furniture in the condo is very nice The support team (Lucas) was amazing as he helped us with getting a new coffee pot on a Sunday evening and even shipped back forgotten air pods The glassware was upscale and extensive On the negative/cheap side: The dinnerware was corelle The silverware was cheap The linens and towels were extremely cheap The blankets, quilts, and sheets were flimsy and cheap The owner provided 1 beach chair and 1 boogie board for a 3 bedroom condo The owner provided almost no expendables such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer tabs, etc. Overall I would not recommend this property. Instead, I would tell you to rent a property that may not be as aesthetically pleasing, but provides a better overall experience.

Just as listed. 5 star rental with everything you need to have a great vacation. Lucas as a great host and was available when we had any questions.

We love the beach and enjoyed our vrbo condo. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. The balcony was private and overlooked the ocean. The pool, hot tub and gym were great. The 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit was fantastic with new furnishing, renovated amenities. We also greatly appreciated the large enclosed dog run.

Lucas and all the staff at the complex were great to work with! Beautiful condo with all the necessities.

Everything was as the listing said. The view alone would have made this stay worth every penny. My only 2 concerns was that the bed linen in the closet was dirty and smelled and there was a noise in the master bedroom that sounded like water dripping. It only happened at night.

Ocean vistas was everything the listing said it would be. Beautiful, safe, spotlessly clean oceanfront property just a bit down the road from the Daytona boardwalk. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool that was like bath water everyday. Hours were spent on the deck overlooking the ocean—it was a wonderful space for enjoying our morning coffee and evening cocktails. We cannot say enough about Lucas the property manager—very responsive throughout the whole process from check in to check out. Even our puppy loved his vacation! Definitely recommend!

This was a very nice apartment located just south of Daytona and everything worked out quite nice. Lucas was very accommodating and preparing my family for our stay at the apartment as well as doing what he could for check-in as well as easy departure. Apartment location is 10 minutes north of Ponce Inlet and 10 minutes south of downtown Daytona. The apartment layout is wonderful because each bedroom is separated from each other which gives nice privacy within the apartment. The kitchen sits right in the middle with a very open layout and very spacious with a nice island in the middle. Waking up with the ocean right outside your window was wonderful. The access to the beach was really nice and the beach overall was very nice. The pool area is comfortable and has a Jacuzzi as well. Parking was easy and convenient to elevators and location. Very good selection of restaurants nearby as well as many other activities. Overall a very nice day and would suggest it to any friends or family.

The condo was great, as was the check-in and responsiveness of the property manager. The condo was luxurious, clean and exactly as advertised. We had a wonderful trip. The only negative was the bed in the master. Contractors had recently redone the floors and didn’t set the bed back up correctly. It was collapsing and we had to fix it to the best of our abilities, ourselves. We had to resolve the bed issue ourselves only due to it being Christmas Eve, and it being difficult to get a contractor out on the holiday. We recommend the condo and owner/property management, and would stay here again.

The unit allows for 6 people. However, we were only allowed 2 entry fobs. Not everyone stays together at all times. Maintenance items as far as scuffs and quality of finishes were not exceptional. The cleaning crew was lacking as an entire door as well as cabinet pulls were not clean. Did not deter our staying in the future.

Very nice condo. Would have to guess the nicest in Daytona if you are looking for upgrades such as 2 walk in showers, granite counter tops, super nice Stainless appliances, direct beach front view.
