It was such a wonderful place. Super clean and neat place with generous heart of host we could feel! Very convenient location to walk to the beach and nice pool and gym as well. Very quiet and peaceful! We definitely enjoyed and relaxed in this cozy house.

We go to Pensacola Beach every year and we absolutely loved this condo! We had five adults add one child and this condo is so spread out it feels more like a home. The location is perfect if you’re like us and enjoy both the beach and the bay. We rented kayaks for our whole stay so we could kayak in the mornings and then hit the beach. Our host was amazing and super accommodating!!! Overall perfect spot for best best condo and location! Thank y’all so much for making our stay perfection!

The condo was extremely clean and well maintained. The owner communicated very well and was very nice. We have stayed at this complex frequently over a period of 20 plus years and this was the best experience I have ever had.

The condo and the entire complex was great. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had 8 adults and it never felt crowded. The host was always quick to respond and you can tell how much they care about their place and keep it nice for guests. The location was the best too, a quick walk to the beach and Peg Leg Pete’s! We had a wonderful week!

Great location, walking distance from Peg Leg Pete's, our favorite restaurant on Pensacola Beach. There is a very nice view of the the sound side from the unit. The owner is conscientious and takes great pride in the care of this home which is evident in the tasteful coastal style of the décor and furnishings. We can't say enough good things about our experience.

When we selected this property it was for our family's Christmas gathering. The location was awesome! I have learned that staying on the bay/sound side, is preferred because you can use your water toys more easily and not worry about the Gulf current/riptide. Plus the water on the bay is very clean and clear! I had super communication with this owner. She was very responsive, even on Christmas day. The unit had everything I needed in the kitchen for a large group and our special holiday meal! I communicated with the owner concerning having the necessities for our holiday meal and she assured me that they do the same with their family on another holiday. She was right! There were games provided which was so thoughtful! We were there during unprecedented freezing weather so we were inside all the time... and the games were awesome! There was also a pool table in the clubhouse that our gang got to use. It made for terrific memories. Our group got rowdy a lot during our stay AND blared the TV during a movie... never had a neighbor say anything though I felt like I should take them all some cookies ;-) Twin 14 yr old boys are never quiet! The unit is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The owner even placed Christmas decorations in the unit for us which was perfect! I cannot say enough good things about this unit and my communication with the owner. We had a splendid time!

We had a fantastic week at this property! We did many activities in the Pensacola and Gulf Breeze area. We were very pleased with this condo and the friendly staff. It was just what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for the week. It was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay at this Condo. The host was great and responded promptly. Check in and out was super easy. The location was walking distance to the pool and just a quick drive to the beach. The info ahead of time and pictures were accurate and told us exactly what to expect. We cooked meals at the property and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The air did seem to have a hard time keeping up in the bedrooms, but the living space was cold and their were fans provided in each room to help. We would stay at this property again!

Our experience at this property was wonderful. They had everything on site we could need. It was very clean and my kids loved the contemporary beachy decor. When we had a slight AC issue, the owners took care of it immediately and communicated well with us. We would stay here over and over again!

We had a fabulous week pre, during and post our children’s wedding on the beach! Our son and our new daughter-in-law’s parents stayed and enjoyed this fabulous find! The condo had everything we needed, we were close enough to walk to the beach early ever AM to catch the sunrise, use the gym then enjoy family excursions the rest of the day! Made some great memories together, Thank you for such a comfortable and well -stocked condo! We hope to return again!!

My family and I were quite pleased with the property. Close enough to walk to established dining and supplies...access to a wonderful pool and lounge area...and only a short walk from the beach; 1-2 minute drive for great beach access to the west, 2-3 minutes from the downtown area to the east. My daughter and I each worked from the location several days throughout our week, and had zero issues with connectivity and comfort. The bedrooms were all comfortably furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing we could have asked for were larger bathrooms, but we never a once did we. not have room enough for all 5 of us in this unit, whatever our need was. The communication with the owner was spot-on as well. They were willing to answer all my questions, and would typically respond within 15-30 minutes tops. Would happily return for another visit.

This condo is so decorated so chic and trendy! vibrant colors makes this a fun place to stay. The beds and furniture were all comfortable. The condo is quiet and plenty of parking available. It's close proximity to the beach and all the best restaurants makes this an ideal location! Would highly recommend!

The condo was very clean. We had the best time with family and my small children loved the bunk bed! We did run out of toilet paper so be sure to bring extra and a blow dryer. I would definitely book again!

Loved our stay here. Close to everything but out of heavy traffic areas. Condo was bright and colorful. Bedrooms were roomie! This home had all the extras too! Soft blankets, fans in every bedroom, well-stocked kitchen. The bunkbed was a big hit and had safe, solid steps up with a secure railing! Very peaceful view of bay. Great pool.

We very much enjoy our stay at Jenny’s property. We traveled with five kids, 17, 14, 14, 12 & 9. Everyone had a great time. The condo was clean and well kept, nicely decorated without being over decorated and an easy walk to the beautiful beach. We would absolutely return for our next stay at Pensacola Beach.

Came to visit our Son who recently moved to Pensacola. Enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location was great. Enjoyed the views of the Bay from the balcony for my morning coffee. The bedrooms were a great size. Jenny got right back to me if I had a question. Overall a great stay & will definitely visit again!

We visited over Christmas 2022. We enjoyed the family time, walks on the beach, and playing games. My daughter moved to Pensacola earlier this year and this was the first time we were able to visit her and I am so glad we found this condo. It was perfect for us.

We LOVED this property. We loved the spacious rooms (perfect for a pack n play) and living room. The condo had all the appliances we needed, the pool area is amazing and since it started raining we were able to use the pool house for a birthday party. We used our beach wagons to carry the kids and toys to the beach which worked out perfect. Seriously everything about this place was great!
