I can’t explain how much fun we had this weekend! My wife and I took our little one down with some friends this weekend and our stay was nothing less than amazing! Location was great as it is just a short walk to the beach. The house itself was very well taken care of. Everything was organized, easy to locate, and had PLENTY of room for the amount of people we had. The view from the balcony was beautiful every morning in the neighborhood this house is located in. I will absolutely book this place 10 out of 10 times again when I decide to go to the coast! The name actually says it all!

This was the 2nd year in a row we stayed here for our company fishing trip. Six adults with plenty of room. We will be back!

The kids room was awesome with lots of space for all the kids. The kids really enjoyed being able to kayak in the canal and they loved seeing the fish jump. Fishing off the deck was great! The house had plenty of space for our group and was well stocked and very clean. We enjoyed staying here and would definitely consider booking again.

We all enjoyed our stay at the why waite rental property. It's a very lovley place. The cleanliness of property wasnt high standard. The basics we clean, but the Base boards, walls, need clean. Under and around island and kitchen cupboards as well. But all in all I would rent this place again.

We had plenty room for everyone. My grandson loved his huge room with the bunk beds and tv. All the room were so spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved sitting out in the decks and being able to be walking distance from a beach. It was very peaceful and relaxing there also. We also enjoyed kayaking also. The house was perfect for our family getaway. The neighborhood was very peaceful. The house had more than enough room for everyone, including two toddlers! The bunk room was the perfect place for quiet play & naps. Beds were super comfy, bathrooms clean and spacious. The upstairs deck was great for relaxing & watching the sunrise/sunset. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The property manager was prompt to answer all questions, before & during our stay. Highly recommend this property for families or couples.

We had two families and the space was perfect.The description nailed it. Short walk to the beach, we used the BBQ grill, did some fishing, kayaking, and sat on the deck to just take in the view of the canal and enjoy time together. It was chilly in the evening but comfortable. Not a bad drive to any store you might need or to go downtown, or pleasure pier. Would highly recommend. Kathy, the host was very pleasant to work with and answered any questions I had.

This house was great for our large family! Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of linens provided. Fishing was fantastic. My daughter landed her first red off the dock and my sister caught 2 keeper flounder. We will for sure rent this house again.

We had 10 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. Very clean!

We had a great time at a Reel Good Place with our Family and grandsons at Spring Break this year, We had in our party a total of 6 adults and our 3 grandsons ages 4, 5, and 6 years. This place had plenty of bedrooms and kitchen/dining space for everyone. Lucky for us, the cable TV worked well with access to the cartoon network :). The house was very well equipped including the outdoor shower and outside grill which we used to grill hamburgers one evening. The beach is a short 3-minute drive or 10-minute walk away. We will be back!

We loved the house and location! Short golf cart ride to the beach and even rode over to the marina a few times. House was clean and comfortable- perfect for our group of 7 adults and two teenagers. Would stay again!

This was an absolute wonderful house! Plenty of room and perfect for our stay. Extremely clean and had everything we needed. We came in the winter but would love to come back in the summer and stay again.

Our Family enjoyed this home. Only thing wrong with our visit was the unusually cold weather! Which made fishing no fun! Would highly recommend this home.

A Reel Good Spot was the perfect house to spend the week. The house was fully stocked and very clean. We look forward to staying here often.

The house is perfectly located to walk to the beach or bay. We enjoyed the kayak and boogie boards at the house! The kitchen had almost everything we needed, save a few coffee filters. While we found the house relatively clean when we arrived, it seems the home could use a good deep cleaning, mostly walls and sinks. Overall, would book again.

It was everything the advertisement said it was. Check in was easy, nice and roomy took care of our needs in all ways. we had a great time. Easy to get to the beach . Property is well maintained. We will stay again in future vacations.

The beach access was close by as was a gas station so the perfect location for renting a golf cart. There’s a park a few streets over as well as a marina. The boat ramp was right there. We were disappointed when we realized that there’s a boat on location and the dock was too tall to tie up to so, we hauled our boat 6 hours and ended up never putting it in.. We misunderstood and thought we would be able to dock on location which is not the case but other than that it was a great stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful spot! We had young adult family to senior citizens and all of us agreed it was relaxing and peaceful. Beach was conveniently close. Lots of room indoors and out. Enjoyed the drive along the ocean to restaurants and sightseeing. Thank you for a great vacation spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Reel Good Spot for a four night stay. We had a couple of issues/questions and Kathy addressed them immediately. She was so helpful, a wonderful host. The house was spotless and the kitchen was very well-equipped. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of bath towels and toiletries. We really enjoyed crabbing off the decking downstairs and just sitting and visiting. In the evenings, we loved sitting on the upstairs deck where the breeze was wonderful and the chairs/ rockers so comfortable. We will definitely consider staying there again. We had our grown children, and grandchildren ranging from 19 to 2 months old. We had 14 total with 3 under the age of 3. We had reserved this home because it had enough bedrooms. The house was great and worked fine for our large group. Our 16 year old grandson fished the canal hard but we did not have any luck with fishing and crabbing. Possibly too windy?? The beach is not far with the sand and water being much better then our usual Crystal Beach. The only complaint I had was with 14 people we had 4 washcloths, no dish towels, and no broom or vacuum. I had to buy the wash clothes and dish towels. I have AT&T and not good service. Verizon users were better. I reached out and asked for these items but housekeeping did not come by. It is possible my lack of service was that issue. I would recommend this house to anyone just recommend bringing towels, washcloths, and dish towels. A beautiful property for sure. This property was very clean, spacious, close to the beach and you can fish right there. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property. Great location!

Property was clean and amenities were great. Fishing off the deck was a plus and access to the beach was across the street.
