CJ's location was ideal for getting to town or the park quickly. The layout of the home was very conducive for our family gathering with plenty of parking for family coming from four different areas. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room for all! We enjoyed our time and the inflatable paddle boards were a bonus.

CJ's Lakeview Cabin was perfect for our family vacation. It has all the amenities we need it and very close to Mile High Marina where we moored out boat. Ryan was quick to respond to our questions and requests.

The property is thoughtfully stocked for a hassle free stay. We enjoyed the bikes and proximity to the small downtown, lake and the Ponderosa State Park. Amenities provided were excellent—grill, bikes, hot tub and inflatable paddle boards. Would recommend highly.

Location was perfect. Place was nice and clean. Hot tub was great! The only thing is the oven didn’t work very well. But will give the owner a heads up to take a look at it. Overall great place and we will be back.

Ryan was great and atttentive to our needs. The property has all the amenties needed for a family gathering from a hot tub to toiletries. The area was great and secluded. There are two garage spots for our vehicles and we were able to park our boat in the driveway w/ no problem. Thanks Ryan!

We won’t go into a item by item review, as others have done a far better job. To repeat it would not add much to the conversation.
For us, working with someone with skin in the game is what makes a difference. The magic behind the curtain that make all of this happen is Ryan Baker. It was indeed our good fortune to come upon him and his beautiful cabin. Ryan is great to work with! The communication, detailed information, and genuine desire to make our stay the best possible was there start to finish. We are grateful for the level of caring and service, and invite our fellow travelers to check this property out!! The only thing we should have done differently, was to stay longer! 😄

The home was perfect for our family. There are plenty of things to do and the ping pong table on the deck outside were amazing. The lake of course was the main attraction especially for the kids. I would highly recommend this home the host.

Great week. Cabin was even better in person. Ryan was great to communicate with. Everything you could need is there. Just grab your groceries and have a great, relaxing time. Sunset over the lake from the front porch was incredible! Little Payette was great to Kayak, and fishing at Rowland's Pond was fantastic. Will definitely be returning.

This place was perfect for our group, in town for a wedding. It was close to the beach and walking distance to Ponderosa State park. We rode bikes to town and had an overall great time! The kitchen is well stocked and shampoo/conditioner/body wash included. Five stars!

This place is perfect for a family stay. It has everything you need, hot tub, ping pong, foosball. Living room spacious with 2 couches, large kitchen, BBQ. Walking distance to a great park on the lake where we watched the 4th of July fireworks! The hosts provide plenty of towels and even stocked the Keurig coffee!

The rental process went very smoothly and it was easy to communicate with Ryan. The cabin was perfect for our group of 10. The hot tub was a bonus and also the table games! It was only a 1 mile walk to town and the kitchen well stocked! I would look to rent this cabin again!

Layout works well for larger parties. Really enjoyed that there aren't any backyard neighbors and the proximity of the property to the marina and downtown.

House had lots of comfy chairs and beds were good. The ping pong and games upstairs were enjoyed a lot. Was disappointed there was no beach access that could be walked to with paddle boards. overall it was a nice family getaway.

CJ's Cabin had plenty of room for our multi-generational family of 7. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and abundant wildlife throughout the day. It's a very convenient, yet quiet location.

We had multiple adults and everyone had their own spacious rooms. Roomy kitchen to prep and store. Ideal location for exploring! Only one bath and one shower/bath so just be mindful and plan routine accordingly!

Lovely place to stay!
This was a great property! Very clean and very cute! We checked in and there were fun snacks waiting for us plus all bathrooms stocked with shampoos and soaps just like a hotel! Loved this place!
