Loved the staff and the cleanliness of the property. Bed was comfortable and restaurant was great. Bathrooms were clean and well functioning.
Did not like paid valet parking as only option. The valet workers didn’t seem super enthused about their jobs, but weren’t necessarily rude either.

We stayed for a girls weekend to attend a wedding. The restaurant and bar are both worth visiting and enjoying as a part of the stay.
The hot water during the day for showers. It ran cold a bit too quickly. That is the only complaint.

Location was good.
I didn’t like that they only had valet parking as an option which was pricey, the restaurant on sight we tried to order breakfast to pick up & they said they couldn’t do to go breakfast. And our room smelled like vomit in the carpet but they had no other rooms available & said they couldnt shampoo the carpet while we were occupying it

Breakfast was wonderful!
The only complaint I would have is the rooms need to be more resistant to outside noise. My husband and I have stayed at many 4-5 star hotels and at 106 Jefferson, more outside noise (hallways, elevator, outside traffic) is heard. For example, a fire truck was going down the street but in almost sounded like it was going down the hallway🙂. The walls are too thin.

The Roof Top Bar is a must when you go here. Great location close to fun dining and bars and music.
The Valet was understaffed and could use a bit of help so waited a bit for car. The phone app to get your car worked the first time but not the second time.

Fire alarm went off and random maintenance visit after 9pm with no phone call warning me they were coming.

There didn’t appear to be the included breakfast but we had delicious coffee. The rooms were clean, beautiful and very new, loved the amenities… roof bar was lovely and fun. Overall extras great - I would highly recommend and stay again. Huntsville needed this hotel!!
The only issue was when checking in the front desk had me at a higher rate than what I confirmed on booking.com and I had to bring my phone down to the lobby and show them the rate for them to realize and change it. Then my friend and I said we wanted to split the cost but they still were only charging one of our cards. Again we had to go to front desk and physically give them our cards again and ask them to split it. Sounds like a training issue. All else was wonderful and even with this the staff was very nice, professional and open to making the changes - we just had to go and make sure they did it in person.

Hotel lobby and common areas were aesthetically pleasing.
Cost was inflated for the quality of the room. Also disappointed that the rooftop was closed on Sunday as it would’ve been nice to have a brunch cocktail or quick meal before departing.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and everyone was pleasant. The crème brûlée in the hotels restaurant was the best. The restaurant stayed open until 11pm which was convenient for me as most close by 9pm.
The only issue was erroneous valet charges added to my account. I never parked at the hotel, I used the public park garage directly across the street. I was charged for 3 days of parking about $85 and it is taking a while for these charges to be adjusted on my credit card. They removed the $85 when I checked out. The next day my card was charged again this time $106 pending and now again $85 pending removal/refund. it’s been very frustrating. especially since I pre paid in full with booking.com and the card should have only been charged $50 for incidentals.

Staff was very helpful when we arrived early and tried to get us into our rooms ASAP. We did have some issues splitting up the room incidentals, as we had four rooms for a group of 8. But otherwise, it worked out fine and they got us all on the same floor.
Because the reservation was booked through Booking.com and not through the hotel directly, they could not take a separate form of payment for each room. It was not prepaid, but charged upon arrival and could not be changed to pay per room.

The property was very nice. Overall we had a good experience.
My only complaint. Our TV didn’t work. We called guest services (twice) and no one ever showed up.
