Location was great (but couldn't see the river as advertised) and decor was fun. Very nice tile-work in the bathroom. However I can barely give this property 3 stars here is why: NOISE- thin walls! Noise from neighbors, voices and music, comes directly into bedrooms. Finally-- at midnight we had to knock on the other tenants door to get peace. CLEANLINESS - surface clean- but found gross things on the bathroom floor. 2 pieces of 10' molding left against wall in living room. No dish towels or bar rags - only a used sponge under the sink. Water stained magazine from 2021 on side table. Closet full of junk. Only one window was clear enough to see out (either dirty or stained). WATER had to run water for 5min. to get hot water to reach the faucets. Attention to detail was definitely missing at this property considing the price charged.

We stayed here while our kids showed at the American Royal. It is less than 5 minutes from the complex and super easy to get to. Just mom and 3 girls on this trip- we felt safe and everything is exactly as pictured. Can’t wait to stay here again!

I had a family emergency a few weeks before my reservation. I asked to change dates or get half of my money back as is the policy on this listing. I was asked for new dates, which I provided. When the date arrived I asked about my new reservation and was told it was never made. When I asked about getting half of my money back since I contacted them during that initial 50% refund policy and was told that wasn’t possible. I am so disappointed as I followed the rules and really wanted to stay at that beautiful house.

Loved the charm of this place. The decor was intriguing, beds were super comfortable and overall nice touches such as eucalyptus in the shower, decorative pillows, shampoo and conditioner (high end) and dog needs (even though we didn't have a dog - it was nice to see). Great, quiet location close to downtown.

This house is absolutely gorgeous, inside and out. Very comfortable beds and furniture. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Perfect for our girls trip to KC!

Overall, we really enjoyed staying here. All of the places we went were about a 5 minute drive away. I was hoping there would be a little more within walking distance. The check-in process was difficult. The day of they sent me what the code should’ve been. We were unable to check in until about 11p. The code that was given was wrong, and the property manager didn’t answer our phone calls, and then texted a different code to try. We were sitting outside for about 10 minutes waiting for an answer. The space was adorable, and the beds were comfy! The building is an older house and did have a particular smell when you walked into it.

A few short blocks from the Majestic with a fantastic lower level Jazz club. This property had abundant space for a gathering and comfortable beds. The house was exactly what we hoped for.

This is a great place to stay. I use a lot of VRBO properties for vacations, etc., but this one is the cleanest and best kept property I have rented! The owners were great to work with, the local area is way cool and the nightlife of KC is only a few minutes away. We will be back again next year for sure.

Everything was fantastic. We woke up to a closed parking gate. They had it opened within minutes. Really enjoyed the neighborhood and our stay!

My BFF was in town with her kids so I booked this beautiful place to stay at and do some visiting. We ended up getting some Grubhub delivered and the restaurants are so close we got food in 15-20 minutes! This place was so neat, the artsy details were seen throughout the house and let me tell you, the beds will rival against any 5star hotel, they were unbelievably comfortable!!! Lance and Shae were very helpful. We would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family!!!
