Our family was comfortable. The pool was a blessing for me recovering from a procedure at the Mayo clinic. This place is so close to Mayo. We will definitely be booking another stay in 3 years! Please keep this property available to rent. What a blessing.

We stayed the month of February and enjoyed every minute! The neighborhood is quiet and safe, there’s a park two doors down, and the house is well equipped. In fact, this was the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever seen in our many travels. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Close to great restaurants (Marker 32 and Dockside), five minutes from Publix, and close to the beach and shopping. A+!

This property was just what we needed. Everything was clean, check in easy, comfortable bed, and fully stocked kitchen. The pool was amazing and the temperature just right thanks to Mike for my arthritis and for my 4 month old grandson. Having 2 living areas as well as a screened in Florida room was great! Location was perfect for us. Ten minutes from my son’s house and the beach. There is a park close by also. We throughly enjoyed our stay and our pups loved the fenced in back yard. We will be back.

My family (me, husband, my Mom, and my maltipoo) enjoyed our stay very much. We were actually in the area because my husband is being transferred to St. Augustine, and we were house hunting. The house is impeccably clean, and we had brand new towels upon our arrival. There is also a brand new, full size washer and dryer located in the garage, which I appreciated very much. The pool is lovely, and we enjoyed a relaxing swim daily. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and well located near shopping and restaurants. The property managers are very responsive. They even came to check to make sure the garbage was at the curb. We were in town when Hurricane Idalia came through, and the property managers were great about answering our questions and addressing our concerns. My only suggestion is that the house could use more lighting. The host relies on overhead lighting, and there are very few table lamps. On stormy/cloudy days or at night, it was very dim in the house unless you were directly by the few table lamps that are there. As far as criticisms go, that is a minor complaint. We had a great stay, and you can't go wrong choosing this rental.

My husband and I took a little last minute getaway without kids and left the chaos of life behind for just a day or two..it was cozy and inviting, the pool is beautiful. This house made me miss my kiddos.. 😍

The house was cute and just what we needed for surgery recover. My husband had a procedure at the Mayo and I wanted to be close for a couple of days but also had a family and pet to bring along so we wanted to make it relaxing for all. The pool was basic and just enough to cool off. The house was great and layed out nicely with plenty of TV’s. The washing machine didn’t spin but we survived. The neighborhood is busy but great sidewalk for exercising and dog walking. It was nice to get away for a few days and enjoy the sun while my patient recovered.

The home has everything you need besides food. We used the gas grill and ran out of propane and they had another tank there already. The owners stock extra EVERYTHING. Great location as well.

Will rent again going forward

This home is immaculate on the inside, and provides more amenities than most homes I've stayed in. Excellent communication with owners and very well managed property. Pool on the small side, but we never had a chance to utilize it on this trip, anyway. There is a small washer/dryer in the single car garage (detergent provided), along with some beach chairs that I assume guests can use. Short drive to Jax beach. Two doors down from a small park with playground, tennis courts, picnic shelter, and short (0.2 mi) sidewalk loop around perimeter of park. Looked like they might have food trucks parked there some Thursday evenings. Home is on a fairly busy side street, but there is a sidewalk on one side, and there are speed humps every so often. We never had any trouble backing out of the driveway. I would stay here again.

Fantastic location with beautiful pool and well furnished/stocked home! Unfortunately all light bulbs required replacing at once. Welcome Home tried to send someone but never arrived- we bought a few bulbs and went on with vacation. Would return to this nice home.

A great family getaway for July 4th, just a few minutes from the beach. We loved the pool and the quietness of the neighborhood. The house was spacious for five adults with all the amenities you would need. Highly recommend!

Rented this property for it’s proximity to my niece and her family. Worked out great! The 4 year old loved the pool, kitchen was well stocked and the neighborhood was as great for walking dogs. Would definitely stay again.

The property manager was very quick to respond to all inquiries. The location was near many restaurants and the beach. The pool was nice and warm. There were plenty of needed items available to make the stay comfortable (shampoo, dishwasher tablets, towels, beach chairs, etc). The bed was much more firm and smaller than I’m used to so there were a few stiff muscles in the mornings. Overall it was a very enjoyable week and we hope to do it again next year.

This home was perfect for our needs -- close to Mayo Clinic (less than a five minute drive), heated pool in the backyard, and a playground/park just down the street. The neighborhood is quiet, traffic was low, and the house was very clean and well stocked. We didn't even need to bring our own paper towels, toilet paper, dish or laundry soap, or salt and pepper. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels, too. I'm not sure if we just lucked out with it being so well stocked, but we've never stayed in a rental that was so much like home before! Beds were a little soft for our taste, but that's such a personal preference that you definitely can't please everyone. The house, while small, had plenty of space for the three of us, and my daughter loved having her own room with the daybed. The screened-in porch was lovely, too. We come to Mayo once a year for 3-4 days of testing, and we usually stay in the Marriott hotel on campus, but it's gotten way too expensive. This home was cheaper with more amenities. It will definitely be our first choice next year!

Enjoyed our stay, kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms had soap, shampoo, and conditioner. I didn’t use it but bathrooms had a blow dryer. Garage had beach chairs and pool blow up floating tubes, plus corn hole but again didn’t use as we brought all our beach supplies. Pool was warm and nice to hang out at. Not complaining but the pool had lots of leaves in it but we’re not picky so no issue with overall property and I would return! I recommend this property. Location was convenient to the beaches, Publix within walking distance and easy commute to HWY to take on all Jacksonville has to offer.

House is wonderful -- lots of light, very spacious, in the middle of a great neighborhood (tons of families and very walkable). Tisha and Mike made themselves available for all our troubleshooting needs, e.g., how to work the TV, getting some replacement light bulbs. Everyone associated with Welcome Home, from the cleaning staff to the maintenance/pool man, was extremely nice and professional. Can't recommend this house and Welcome Home highly enough. This house was perfect! They have thought of everything. We only needed our clothes, toothbrushes, and food. Thank you for being so thoughtful.

This property is so clean and comfortable! It is convenient to the beach, shopping, dining, and Mayo Hospital. The neighborhood is quiet and there’s a nice park very close by. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need. The beds are comfortable, the yard is fenced, and there is a beautiful heated pool to enjoy. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Jacksonville.

The location of this property was ideal for my visit to Mayo. I had a number of appointments over a several day period and Mayo was literally 3 minutes away. The home was very comfortable and well stocked! The pool was nice for my husband and we enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch. I had surgery so being able to rest in a clean and comfortable home so close to Mayo was ideal. There are also a number of stores very close by and my husband did a few quick trips to the beach--also close by. Thank you for a great stay!

The overall stay was great just had trouble getting inside when we arrived. The previous renters locked the door handle but Mike was there quick and fixed the situation.

The house was exactly as pictured. It was clean and beautiful! The host provided all of the needed items ( like beach towels and hair dryer) so we didn’t have to pack heavy. It was very close to the beach along with other shops and grocery stores. The family love it and we will definitely stay again!!!

This house was perfect for my stay. The location is convenient to shopping and the beach. The home is nicely laid out and welcoming. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in the master bedroom. The only suggestion I would make is to supply a blow dryer in the bathroom. Other than that, it was fantastic.The owners were very responsive and nice. There is a small pool in the backyard that is a great place to relax after a long day of fun in Jacksonville.
