The property was very conveniently located to restaurants, tourist attractions, and concert stadium

The tiles in the bathroom were broken. The dishes in the cabinet were dirty. There were not enough towels and linens provided. There were stains on the linens.

Friend and I left the fob in the room accidentally. we rang management multiple times and did not get through. we got a phone call back while speaking to the police in front of the entrance and the police told us the management told him to tell us to get a hotel room. We got a taxi to 3 or 4 different hotels and none of them were accepting guests. we spent the night on the street.

The location was brilliant, all the local amenities were close by and city centre which was below us was lovely and hustling and bustling.

Unfortunately the list is long as to how bad this property was. It was dirty, the oven door was smashed and therefore I wasn’t prepared to use it and removing the entire need for an apartment as we had to eat out every meal. The sofa bed was broken to which they said they would replace but then I never heard anything again. The bathroom door handle comes off and the bathroom was mouldy and the tiles are loose. When we used the toaster it tripped the power and then there was no lights in then bathroom. The heating was impossible to manage to it would either be boiling or freezing. There was no regular tv. A previous guest got a parcel delivered and then the host wanted to give them my mobile number. The lockbox is on the floor in the street and at 6 months pregnant it was difficult for me to bend down to get it. The pillows were floppy and need to be replaced and bedding was dirty. The cleaner also came in unannounced to drop off cleaning supplies and there were lights hanging out of the ceiling that were a safety hazzard. Overall I believe I am due a refund but there is no option to request such a thing

The location is good. Near to all the places I need to visit. Lots of restaurants within this location.

Getting the keys is like a treasure hunt despite the instruction given. Finally, one man I think is a resident in this location directed me to it. The washing machine is super dirty. On top of it has a lot of messy white bath towels. Could not use the wardrobe as it was occupied by a big damp foam. However our stay is peaceful there. Guess we were out of the apartment most of the time.

Lovely! Perfect location (near Cardiff Central and Cardiff Castle) - easy to get to apartment, the owner was helpful and friendly. Cozy and quiet apartment.

Place was well maintained, but room was a bit to be desired. Dirty sock left in room durex left under sofa bed what an embarrassment for all family holiday

Loved my stay here.

It lacks a bit of warmth/personality. It could use just a touch of Welshness, like a black and white photo of Cardiff.
