The house was exactly what was expected and really better. The house was clean and stocked well for a beach location. I loved having access to all the beach towels. The storage room came in very handy and beach access was easy. We plan to come back next year and rent here again. We had 9 people in our group!

Perfect location. Right on the beach. Views were spectacular. House was super. Very clean. Loved the chairs on balcony that were high enough to see over railing. All conviences were close by. Going have to bring grandbabies next time. Will book again.

Nice, clean, spacious house right on the beach. I love that there was a regular coffee machine. I usually bring my own machine, not a pod fan. They also have pod machines for the pod lover. =o) The beds were comfy too.

We were very happily pleased with our accommodations - plenty of room, great amenities (kitchenware and appliances pleasantly surprised us), convenient location - to the water, to town, and more than comfortable sleeping arrangements, plus lovely outside decking. We loved our stay!

We had 8 adults and 5 children 7 and under and this beach house was perfect for us. Just steps to swim and play in the sand. The house was super clean, sheets and towels smelled so good. The one and only thing we did not like is the property has stickers so do not walk around without shoes. I highly recommend this place.

We had planned on heading to Ft Myers Beach and were scheduled to arrive 3 days after Hurricane Ian hit. We were able to quickly change our plans and the owners of this property worked quickly with us to secure our vacation. This house was fantastic! When they say it is on the beach, it is literally on the beach - head down the stairs, walk through the gate and BOOM, beach! The house was set up well for our group of three couples and a 1 yr old and even came supplied with a travel crib and high chair. We loved spending the morning out on the HUGE deck eating breakfast and playing some games before heading down to the beach. In the storage area they had coolers, pop-up canopies, beach chairs, sand toys and inflatables all ready for our use! We would 100% stay here again!

Something for everyone

This property was absolutely perfect! So close to the beach you can come and go without any trouble. Views from both decks were amazing and the house is able to accommodate a group easily. We had a great couple of days splashing, sunning, and playing in the sand. The ice cream truck visit each afternoon was highly anticipated by the kids...and adults. Far enough from the crowded parts of Galveston beach we felt that we had all the space we wanted and more. Would highly recommend and our next beach trip will likely have us returning here. Thanks for the memories.

Five of us former college roommates celebrated a covid-delayed 50th birthday trip to Galveston. This house has a great location! Every morning we took a nice walk on the beach and the moon rise on the last night was fabulous! We didn't mind being next to the public access because it led to great people watching from the deck. Both decks were awesome! Great chairs and great gathering spaces! Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. It was great to have beach chairs and towels for easy transport to the beach. We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO and would highly recommend it!

This property offered a GORGEOUS view of the ocean! It was incredible waking up every morning to the sunrise over the water, then ending the day with the moonrise. We loved that every bedroom had an ocean view with a walkout, which makes it nice when you’re traveling with other families, that way no one has to take a bedroom that is less than ideal. Although this house is next to a public beach access, we were happy with how quiet our beach area was; I’m sure different times of the year could be much busier. It was also nice that we were so close to the water; no looking at the back of other houses and no hiking over a bridge to get to the beach like most of the other properties. The second level deck was also perfect for sun bathing without having to do more than just walk out of your bedroom. We also loved that both decks offered nice high top Adirondack chairs so you could sit and enjoy the view at any time of the day. We had a few minor issues during our stay and Mark was very quick to respond and take care it. He even ordered brand new beach towels when we informed him we could not find any in the house. We would definitely rent this property again!

The house was great. It was very clean and fully stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and for the beach. I would definitely rent this house again.

This beautiful house provided everything we needed as a family of 11 for a beach vacation. Walking out the door to the beach with little ones made for a very relaxing time. The beach chairs, toys and towels were an added bonus. We also loved sitting on the decks in the morning for sunrise and at night to listen to the ocean. Everyone agreed we would for sure rent the house again if vacationing in this area.. The host always answered questions promptly. Perfect spot!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We have stayed at plenty of beach houses and all agreed that this will be one of our favorites. The home was clean and as described. It was well stocked with kitchen supplies and linens. The owners were politely responsive. The large main balcony and additional smaller balconies were a definite plus for the first row beach view. Although this was not a downside for us be aware that the public beach access is next to the property so there was a consistent flow of beach goers passing through. It also made the area of beach in front of the home occupied during much of our stay. That being said the glass in the home is superb and we never heard noise while indoors with the doors closed. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Our family had such a fun week staying at this house. The covered porch was absolutely our favorite area to hangout - we even witnessed a beautiful beach wedding on the morning of our departure! Everything was clean and the house was nicely appointed. Beds were very comfortable and the temperature throughout the house was great. We could tell our host was caring from the welcome snacks and being very responsive to any questions we had. Would recommend and we look forward to coming back again. Thanks so much!

Everything was more than we expected and the sound of ocean was great. the children didn't have to worried about crossing any streets to the ocean. The kitchen was great for our family of 10. Thank you would stay again

We had a 3-generation family get-together of 14 persons at this beach house. It was lovely. The grandchildren in their 20’s swam, sunbathed, played volleyball, and flew kites on the beach, while the grandparents could watch from the large porch. With the elevator, the 80+ grandparents were able to access the house in their wheelchairs. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve family meals. The house did not seem like a rental because of all the personal, beachy decor, books on the coffee table, baskets of snacks on the counter, games in the cabinet under the TV, and beach chairs and volleyball in the storage area downstairs. We loved it and would recommend it to any family hoping to have a wonderful beach experience.
