The property is amazing and clean. It looks even better than the pictures. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were tastefully furnished. There is an ample backyard with a large deck and patio too. The big catch are the neighbors. The crazy noise restrictions from the property manager are understandably put in place to appease the neighbors. However, they are wicked unreasonable people. I was in the front yard and accidentally overheard a conversation they were having. Verbatim: The second I hear a PEEP from this house after 10 PM, I text the house owner. It feels like you are being constantly watched by vindictive neighbors. It dampened our overall experience

We were comfortable at this modern house. Enough bedrooms and nice decor. I will say the coffee pot should be larger capacity and the driveway is narrow and a bit challenging. Other than that, all great.

Overall, property was excellent. Stephanie our host was responsive and helpful. House was clean, accommodated eight adults (2 teenagers) comfortably. Minor note would be the parking situation. While driveway can support many cars, it was way too steep to get a regular car up without damaging the bottom of the car. Our daughter had her own car (Toyota Corolla) which could not make it up the driveway. But overall, we would definitely recommend the house to others.

The house was easy to find big and plenty of space. It was clean and different. It’s pretty much like it shows minus a little wear there’s a few things that can be upgraded like the window shades in kitchen. We loved the place there were some small ants in the two bedroom upstairs and in the shared bathroom upstairs. They were a lot of them all over my son’s jacket that he had on top of his luggage glad he didn’t unpacked anything at that time. we noticed that there was raid in the cabin so that let us know that it’s been a problem before. But after spaying all the rooms it seem to work. The office is converted into a bedroom downstairs wasn’t bad it just would be better if they take the desk out and put in a wardrobe cabinet instead of a clothes rack. We love it and if we ever get back to LA I would stay there again. The driveway is narrow for very steep. So my son’s car which was a sport car couldn’t get up the driveway without causing damage to the front end so we were worried about that because It only residential parking. The Cadillac truck we were driving was rough getting in there. But glad we all were skillful drivers. Host were very helpful. Great place wish we had time to really enjoy it we were always on the go meet and greets rehearsal and wedding so we couldn’t enjoy the house as much as we wanted to.

This house was absolutely beautiful! It was big enough for my family and made a great place to be for the holiday! The location was in an amazing area that had access to lots of stores and restaurants. Would love to stay here again!

We had a group trip to LA to ring in the New Year and found the home to be the perfect place to do so! The house is absolutely gorgeous, well stocked and was immaculately clean. The decor was great and the layout of the house was perfect for a group, allowing enough space and privacy even with a full house! The patio and yard were a great extension of the house, as others have mentioned, the pool is small but was totally acceptable for our use. The neighborhood itself was quiet and safe and easily walkable/Uber to close by destinations. As the host mentions, there is a strict quiet time after 10PM, which you’ll see is important to follow as the houses are very close together. Overall an amazing experience and definitely a place we’d stay again for a return trip to LA!

Super clean, gorgeous interior. A great stay!

The house was as incredible as it looked in the pictures. It was clean and well maintained. One of the bedrooms had 2 single beds which we would have liked to know before our stay, but everything else was outstanding!

This property is impressive! It’s spacious yet intimate and has all of the comforts of home… yes, the beds are very comfortable! My daughter had her wedding make-up applied and photos taken at the house. Both the make-up artist and photographer complimented the abundance of natural light. Total gem!!!

Cool house with fun two story open living area. Very clean and comfortable. Owner delivered prompt and accurate arrival and departure info and was available checking in mid stay to make sure everything was smooth. Cozy backyard area with a little pool that's great for sitting or dipping your feet (not really big enough for swimming and jumping but perfect to sit around or in with a cocktail). Easy walk to the art museum and LaBrea Tar Pits. Grocery delivery available quickly around the corner and coffee/beer walkable at the end of the block. Once you get off the street the house is on there are a few "interesting" street characters and homeless folks, but no different in that department than most other parts of LA we saw. Uber readily available. A good spot with an attentive owner to base operations for an LA visit!

We loved the place. It was the perfect sanctuary for us to stay while we celebrated our bride to be. Hosts were very responsive and the home was very clean. Perhaps more toilet paper would have been nice but other than that, it was perfect.

Location was great, the home was clean, the spool was perfect. We had four adults, 2 kids and two small dogs and we all could relax comfortably !

It was a very beautiful home, everything was clean and set up. We enjoyed staying here and the host was fast to respond with any help. I highly recommend staying at this house and would love to come back!

We had such a good time in LA. The house was perfect for the 9 of us. Everything was clean and in order. And the location was awesome!

Overall our stay was fantastic. The home was perfect for our family trip to Los Angeles. There were a few items that did not work out for us, but the property was quick to help find resolutions. Highly recommend for your next visit to LA! PROS: Communication with host (super fast respond time, never waited over an hour to hear back. Even sent photos of items when requested) Location!!! (close to restaurants, museums, liquor stores) House was better looking IRL - very large and spacious. Loved the indoor / outdoor feel when sliding doors were open Heated pool (at additional cost) Overall very clean CONS: 5th Bedroom was unusable due to a strange chemical smell (had to convert the office into a bedroom) Not enough glassware Sliding door in the back did not lock the first night (they were quick to resolve) We would absolutely stay at this house again or another Oraklus Rental Property. Shoutout to Stephanie who was our host and made our planning seamless.

House was big and beautiful. We loved sitting out on the porch every morning with our coffee enjoying the view of the pool and the palm trees. The beds were very comfortable. The house was extremely accommodating to all our needs. Would definitely stay again.

The house was in a great location for our Mom's weekend in LA! We had plenty of space and enjoy relaxing in the pools in the afternoon. One of the King rooms is in a guest house, which wasn't quite clear in the listing, but we didn't need to use the guest house.

This house is in a great location, well stocked for anything you might need except BBQ fuel - looks like it’s been an issue for some time as gas bbq someone has used charcoal on it, and not sure when it last saw a brush! Overall cleanliness of the property was ok. Management very responsive and dealt with a minor issue we had with the pool really quickly. Surprised the pool house cannot be locked from the outside though.

From the moment we arrived in LA at the property we felt relaxed and at home. After a 21 hour journey from the UK it was comforting to find that the property we had booked was exactly as we had anticipated and, with a smooth and trouble free check-in, we were eager to start our LA adventure. The property was first rate as was the service we received from ORAKLUS. Location was very central for the activities and siteseeing we had planned. We would happily recommend both the property and ORAKLUS after our wonderful experience as both helped make it a trip of a lifetime.

Great house and location!

I rented this property for a girls trip before my upcoming wedding and it was perfect! Unfortunately, it was one of the few rainy weekends in LA and the only nice day for our hike was the arrival day. The host was so nice and helped work with us so we could drop our bags off hours before checkin and make the most out of the only sunny day we would have on the trip. The house was beautiful, clean and well equipped for 10 girls to have a great time! I would definitely stay again.

We love this house. It’s billed as a five bedroom but the fifth bedroom is unusable which is in the garage that’s been redone. It looks beautiful but has a terrible smell. The property manager returned my email this morning basically saying that they were going to get somebody out to look at it, but this has been an ongoing issue for a long time based on other reviews. The location of this house is unsurpassed. You can walk to the grove you can walk to the museums you can walk to the tar pit. It’s just fabulous in terms of location location location. We had a wonderful time at this house. I have two little kids so they loved the backyard and pool area. Having an office in the house was great because my husband could get some work done while we hung out in the living room. That was an added bonus for us. We spent most of our time with the big double doors open enjoying the fresh air and nice weather. I would 100% recommend this property.

The house is exactly as advertised—spacious, clean, well-appointed, and in a quiet neighborhood walkable to many attractions. It’s a beautiful place and we would rent again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful clean home, well equipped and a short drive to The Grove shopping centre and an easy drive to most places. Easy check in process, we would definitely recommend and would stay here again!
