The aircon leaked but they did offer to transfer me to another room while they fixed it. I opted to stay with just the fan on.

The grocery is just in the ground floor and that is nice for me specially I have a Baby. The location is nice it's easy to go anywhere.

Just the bathroom is a bit dirty.

Owner is accommodating as he allowed us to check in early without extra charges. I love the sofa bed,it's very comfortable. Towels and toiletries provided.

Very comfy with complete facilities. Anyone who’s planning for Pearson Vue exam, walking distance to Trident Tower. When you go out, there’s a mall with grocery store, pharmacy, coffee shops and restaurants.

The bathroom overall needs extra cleaning scrubbing like Clorox scrubbing to remove molds. The water plastic bucket surface was slimy, please replace it or use Clorox to disinfect.

Rassel was very responsive. So was Jeremy. Towels were new, plenty of pillows nice blankets. Rassel was there when we arrived and came to check us out.

The lobby personnel and the guards were unfriendly. It is as if they were there to give us a hard time,

so sleepers for us. also I feel stress when my invited are not allowed to enter becuase we have to change the list of my visitors.so annoying you can’t change.

We loved the whole set up of the unit. The location, the view, the convenience and most especially the responsiveness of the owners/representatives to our needs. Our expectations were mostly met and some were exceeded that's why I will surely recommend this place.

I am one of the guests who really looks forward to the bathroom/shower quality so I was a little disappointed with the "almost broken" shower. Although the shower was functional, it wasn't that satisfying. Also it would have been nice to have a thicker or comforter-ish type of blanket to match a perfect night rest.

The place is spacious...we love the sofa bed it is so comfortable. .the location is also good since it is beside sm jazz so you can buy what you need..it can really accomodate 4 person..the staff is also nice. Thank you we will book again.

It was really clean when we stayed there. The Owner and Kuya King was really accommodating on our concerns. We were able to check in early since the place was already cleaned in the morning and they even let us extend hours on our last day of stay. Me & my friends really enjoyed the place since everything is complete, they will provide you with towels, toiletries, basic cooking ingredients. The unit is even complete with rice cooker, pans, utensils, can openers, ref, garbage bag and basic cleaning items. Because I really enjoyed our stay here, we decided to book again the next month since we really need to unwind and stay in a different environment especially now that we are currently working from home. will definitely book over and over again.
