un jour cet hôtel sera acheté par un grand groupe qui y fera un hôtel de luxe donc profitez en avant.
personnel sympathique
restaurant bon avec une belle terrasse.
petit déjeuner copieux qui a convenu à tous.
Le charme des chants de la messe et le son des cloches le matin
nous étions dans une suite.
hotel vetuste mais avec du charme
mal entretenu et un peu sale ( lampe de chevet impossible à brancher, porte wc cassée, tableau decoratif penché et gondolé... toile d'araignée énorme aux fenêtres, ) Surprenant pour un hôtel même avec seulement 3 étoiles.
le lit double n'est pas dans la meilleure pièce: il n'est pas isolé de l'entrée ni de l'accès aux toilettes donc pas tres intimes. Le petit salon est dans la chambre avec les 2 lits simples
pas de climatisation et pas de moustiquaires aux fenêtres donc pas possible d'aérer sans se faire envahir de moustiques. La nuit a été trop chaude alors que nous sommes habitués à la chaleur.

Location is perfect, right next to the monastery Sv.Naum . At night is very peaceful and good for sleeping. Breakfast is very good 👍🏻
In our room were no tv cable at all. And no dark curtains. In the morning you will get up in 6am when the sun comes out.

Room, especially toilet was dirty (used and visibly dirty toilet seat covered with sanitized sign). Noise in the room from other guests was unacceptable for period after 22h. Attitude of stuff to solve noise was not
professional. At the end of our stay voice of lady explaining us that we are half hour over checkout time (which is 11am) was unpleasant as she was yelling at us. Breakfast from 8 to 10 was low both in choices and quality.

Breakfast was very good .bathroom well and hot water and guilt night until a certain time.
There was no internet,and cable only 3 programs.The peacocks woke me up at 6.00 am and started barking.After that at 7.00 am an employee was mowing the lawn, and so on from guiet night.

I liked the fact that there are little shops and that at night, there’s a little supermarket with snacks and drinks and sandwiches if you’re feeling hungry. Also, it’s right by the beach so it’s very convenient.
I didn’t like that the hardwood floors in the room was dirty. The dirtiness wasn’t visible when you look at the floor, however, when you’re walking barefoot and look at your foot or feel your foot, you will know that you were stepping on something. Furthermore, at 5am the peacocks are making loud sounds so it isn’t much of a tranquil location for a hotel.

Nice and quiet… clean and orderly… front desk very nice… room views were amazing… rooms are old but adds character to monastery…. The grounds are absolutely beautiful…
No ATM within 20km of the property… you need cash for almost everything from the little shops… morning breakfast was just average… the views were nice but the food presentation and zero service was poor… the hotel staff was making there own coffee from the expresso machine behind the kitchen… I came to ask for a domestic coffee and guy pointed me to the automatic coffee machine next to the breakfast food… I would say pretty comical and rude….

The surrounding is one of the most beautiful nature pieces of Ohrid. At night it was very peaceful and great for good rest. The beaches before and after the hotel were very nice for sweeming.
Breakfast was borring and they were not refeling things that were gone.
Once we (2 families with children) made reservation in their reastaurant and had to wait 30min for our tables, until the people that were sitting there left themself. During the waiting time the waiters were ignoring the sitiation and us...The food was under expectations and salads old.
The internet was quite bed, the first two nights we had no internet at all.

Very good breakfast but no beans or soup for dinner ?!
They need to be more mindful when putting guests in particular rooms, especially in the time of monastery celebration ,
and not having tel in the rooms
