the bedding in the room was dirty and then the lobby and lobby bathroom was very dirty.

Location is great- easy on and off Interstate 95. The room was perfect- clean, comfortable and well appointed. We did not eat here, but it has a wonderful looking restaurant/bar area.

Nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect.

New and clean. Bar was nice and Bartender was very pleasant. Had dinner at bar first night. Got specials (stuffed shells and spaghetti with meatballs). Both were delicious.

I would think they could at least provide bottled water in refrigerator in room. Pillows too flat. Many hotels offer FREE breakfast. Potatoes need help on breakfast buffet.

Loved the breakfast, and the Lady that takes care of the breakfast area cooked our food to order and was so nice!

Love the vip feel of the king deluxe rooms. Great atmosphere for the price. And the showers are so nice!

Rooms were small but decent and the bathroom was big so that was nice

The housekeeping staff was rude and unprofessional. The rest of the staff was super nice so maybe the woman I encountered was just having a bad day and chose to take it out on me and my kids? I don’t know, but I don’t think I’ll come back to this hotel in the future.

First impression, employees hate their jobs and it reflects on the customers visit. No one smiles, No one says thank you. Not my favorite place to stay.

The indoor pool was cold. The room was dull and dim. The restaurant was nothing more than a small kitchen and the food was not good. They didn’t have a single black teabag

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The room was nice and clean. The beds were rather comfortable allowing for a great sleep.

Slightly difficult the first time to figure out where to enter the parking area.

The front desk staff was difficult to deal with. The night person was nice and helpful, but the day person was unhelpful. She was not willing to give us a late checkout despite being a silver/gold member
