Our room was on the third floor near the stairwell. Very dark and dingy walking down the hallway. Very loud all night you could hear people in the hallway and traffic outside.breakfast was not included and was $5 per person. The morning staff was not friendly at all in the breakfast area. Didn’t even say good morning. Would not stay again - way to expensive for what we received

This day was for my family visiting from out of town and the Holiday Inn knocked it out the park. The rooms were great, clean and beautiful. My family was so impressed. Customer Service was wonderful. They worked with me to make sure that my family had rooms connecting. I really appreciate everything they’ve done thank you Holiday Inn. You guys were great.

Neither TV in our room worked. The phone in room was not connected to anything. The non-smoking room smelled of stale smoke. The hallway smelled of weed. The AC unit was stuck on high and super loud im living room and barely worked in bedroom. Staff said nothing could be done about the TV’s. Bar area is right under rooms so bar closes early. Pool is pretty good. Exercise room limited.

The poo on the pillow set the tone for the entire trip

Broken zippers, no bedding for pull out, non working tv remotes, broken lamp, outlets non operational in bedroom, no seating or dresser in bedroom, cobwebs in corners, no exhaust fan in bathroom, jetted tub not properly working. Only thing that I like about this place is the bar & staff. When you book a suite, you expect certain standards.

There were very few disappointing things at the hotel. The room was slightly messy.
Alot of the ammenities were closed or broken (like the game room.)
But the staff is extremely friendly and professional. This is my first time booking a hotel room ever and they made it enjoyable. Easy. And were very receptive to when i needed help or toiletries.

It was great at first until a month later they decided to pull money off of my card for no reason when everything was already paid for and settled

The Staff was extremely friendly and checked on us several times to ensure our stay was pleasant and we had everything we needed. I would have to say they actually went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our surroundings . When we visit Ms we will stay here again!

The first room given had an unmade bed and dirty bathroom this was replaced immediately key for elevator was very confusing, better signage is needed
We thought the carpeting in the upstairs hallway looked like mold and wondered why Any hotel would choose it

My stay was really good. The staff was very helpful. The room and sheets were clean. I did notice a roach trying to beat me in the door but I quickly eliminated the tiny intruder that was beelining towards the fridge. Overall, my stay was wonderful.

Comfortable room but no outlets throughout the room. Had to undue the lights just to be able to charge phones. Bed was comfortable. Tv i think was direct tv and the shows just kept going black. Restaurant was good and the bar tender was very nice. We needed a good bar tender who understood we had just come from a funeral. I would recommend the hotel. Breakfast was good.

I think this place was terrific!! Everything perfect!Clean friendly comfortable just everything!! It was one of the best holiday inns I have ever been. So so nice in every way. I’m very very fussy so I check everything. Bar made food and ate a delicious cheeseburger with fries and drink and bill was cheap. From the minute I walked in liked it. No horrible smell just comfortable and clean and wish I could stay there all the time!!!! If rating on 10 give it 11

This property was situated in a way. It was very hard to figure out how to get in the parking lot and how to get out of it. The carpet in the downstairs area was very dirty and needed a good vacuum. I got into the room very late at night, and when I woke up in the morning, I noticed that the door to an adjoining room was unlocked. That means I slept the whole night with the room open to anyone that had a key to the adjoining room. Pretty scary!

Non working room phone. Staff was supposed to bring missing linens never did. Had to go back downstairs and get from them myself. Breakfast menu lists multiple items they didnt have.

When we got into the room we found multiple pair of dirty used female underwear under the meds as well as under the chair in the room and bathroom. The sink was dirty as well as the shower

Great room with jetted tub. Staff was very pleasant. Food was great for breakfast buffet. I suggest getting there early for breakfast because they did run out of most hot options at one point, they did refill everything but it took a little bit for it to happen. Really my only complaint about our stay was all the baseball teams staying there. Had a very small window to use the pool without being overun with loud and rowdy kids. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The staff at this property was so welcoming and nice. The beds were super comfy. We were in town for a sporting event and it did the trick as far as a comfortable bed near our sporting area. It was always greeted with the welcoming staff!!

Had to ask for bed set for the pull out beds and was advised they had no pillows to give us. The door in our room was coming off the hinge. The breakfast you had to pay for and it definitely wasn't worth it.
