Cost was higher than the other places but it was worth it.

It was clean and very nice.

The person at the desk ask me about my rate for the room. He said it was low and if I had proof of my rate. I said booking.com. Ask them. He said hot breakfast was available in the morning. Soggy breakfast sandwiches not my idea of hot breakfast.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I liked the layout and everything was well lit.

We checked in then went to dinner with some teammates. When we returned I noticed the TV did not work. I called the front desk and within 25 minutes someone came up to the room to try to fix it. It was 11pm and for 30 minutes they tried but couldn’t get it to work. The employee stated that the whole hotel was having issues with the TVs and that they would look into it again the next day. After my son’s baseball game we got back to the hotel at 2:30 pm to find the TV had not been fixed. I went back down to the front desk and asked if they attempted to fix the issue. The manager told me it’s not getting fixed and that I can check out if I like. I couldn’t believe how rude and unaccommodating he was . He told me that he doesn’t watch TV and that there was nothing he could do. I was honestly shocked that a Marriot employee especially a manager would handle a situation this way. I was so upset that I checked out even though I didn’t have another place to stay yet. At this point it had nothing to do with the fact the TV didn’t work, it was about how I was treated being a paying costumer ($408 a night) . The next 2 hours were spent trying to find another hotel for my son and I to stay at instead off hanging out and relaxing with him. We didn’t even get a chance to use the pool😔
