Location and the room comfort

The desk staff that was working Saturday early afternoon. She called me during my nephew's funeral service to remove our items from a room that we paid an extra night for upon checking in. I had to leave the service after trying to get her to understand where I was fell on uncaring ears. Upon arriving back at the hotel she informed me she had located the mistake and everything was okay. She could have called me to disregard coming. I will not stay at this particular location again.

Breakfast was outstanding. Not only did it have eggs and sausage, but it also offered yogurt, fruit, and cereal for those who are dieting (my wife). Coffee was hot! The staff kept filling the items when they ran low.

In the future you could offer some fresh Cheese Danish or powdered donuts...but I was still pleased. I was however somewhat disappointed with the toaster. It took forever to toast my English Muffin and my eggs were getting cold!

It was ok but excepted a suite not just a room it was clean although the did not tell us you had to ask for room service and when they did come there was trash on the floor the shower needs fresh caulking on the top behind shower head the sheets did not stay on the bed they put us in the front of the hotel and the traffic was noisy all night it was like the windows were open you could hear people talking in the parking lot

The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but what bothered me most was that the fitted sheet kept coming off the mattress.

The only property to fulfill the extra towels request! The room was modern, with usb in the headboard along with normal plus. Appliances hidden away was a nice touch. Reasonably clean! Loved the text message check in/check out communications!

Shower/bathroom needs updated significantly. Tile floors need deep cleaning. Unidentified stain on the sheets. was a bit over priced compared to comparable accommodations in the area.

Location of property is convenient to other amenities in the area if you need to get anything last minute.

Toilets are loud when flushed, especially at night when everyone is asleep. The front door of the rooms, have wide open gaps at the bottom that help bring in the noise from other guests in the hallways as well as light at night..

Room was very large, clean and versatile. Breakfast was excellent - real food every day. Staff was Grade A.

Bathroom was cramped, toilet was low to floor, but tub shower and vanity were great. Microwave was small and weak
