The location was convenient to food and entertainment

The location was behind a Comfort in and very difficult to find a way in. After circling the block several times I called the phone number. The woman answering the phone said just come to Comfort Inn and check in. We went in and the check-in went rather smoothly. We learned the only way to access the heritage house in was through the comfort inn parking lot. The room was average and relatively clean until I went to make a cup of coffee. There was an old coffee bag in the coffee machine with mold on it. our reservation was for two days so we stayed fully expecting that we would at least get clean towels for the second day and that did not happened. Nobody went into our room to straighten the bed or provide clean towels. And the staff at the comfort inn let it be known that they were not employed by the heritage house in and we could not partake of their breakfast in the morning. we didn’t even get new coffee packets.

Wifi was trash, brand new building but no plugs near beds at all

The beds were HORRIBLE. I am only 30 years old and my whole body ached after sleeping in the uncomfortable bed! Also, there were black hairs all over the bathroom :(

I was suppose to get 15% off from a previous disaster trip in a construction site. Plus 10% off from heritage house. It was a pit right next to a construction site. With every air conditioner melting dirty water into the building and mold was present everywhere in this building due to not cleaning the ac filters. This was another disaster trip. Not a satisfied customer I demand a response

This hotel is in very bad condition and should not be available on booking. It is one of the worst places I have ever stayed in and the price was high for the disgusting conditions of the rooms. The only good thing I can say about this place is the location was good for getting to the ferries.

This hotel is disgusting! I had a very large black mold stain growing above the shower in my room. The front door to the building was streaked with something spilled on it and never cleaned. My friend had a different room in equally bad condition. The sink leaked when I tried to wash something out, there is no laundry, wifi was just ok. I would never stay here again.

Bed was comfortable but I used my own bedding, glad it had frig and microwave, although I disinfected before use.

Room smelled, bathroom yucky, carpet gross. Even with a good cleaning the room would be bad. Lots of seedy people hanging around and door to building would not securely close and lock. No secondary security lock on room door, I slept with chair behind door. I realize the hotels in the area are expensive, however, the price they charge for the room is well above what it’s worth.

Room was I given was unfinished on the walls. Obvious patches on the walls that had not been painted with a finish coat. The first room I was sent to (it was late afternoon) was not made up, bed unmade, room disheveled - obvious house cleaning had not been there.

The room is located so low giving a feeling like underground. No view from the window was covered by white panting. All my requests to change the room were rejected.

Wasn’t offered any servicing when checking in. No options for cleaning, no coffee maker cleaning and replenishing, no way to phone to front desk, no fresh towels every few days, fridge froze our food.

The property was in a good location. We were able to walk to many places.

It was bare minimum and nothing fancy. Also, the hallway was a bit musty smelling.
