Location is good. Good value for the price.

the bed was large and comfortable and the a/c worked well

The pool was in a bad location with a view to the street. The breakfast did not look good. The bathroom set up was not good. The doors to the outside did not close and lock well it did not feel safe.

The kids had a great time in the pool. It was nice and quiet. The lifeguard was friendly and helped out with refereeing the swimming games with my two boys and i. Good location, parking, short walk to marina, places to eat and boat trips. Breakfast is liminted. If there was a cold meat selection with cheese, tomato, maybe adding banannas would help. Didnt like the eggs or burgers they had as the hot option. A lot of plastic being used but that seemed to be everywhere. Personally i like to be able to spread the butter on my toast without the knife breaking. Kids loved the waffles!!!

There was 3 young teens running a muck one evening. Kicking peoples doors and running off. I rang reception a number of times but this didnt help and they kept doing it. Their parents were notified by hotel the next morning which solved it. Room was in need of freshing up but it was ok.

The indoor and outdoor pool were great. The bed was very comfortable. Having a balcony was great too.

The breakfast would have been better with more variety.

The pools were fantastic. The hot tub was very nice also. Having a balcony was also a bonus. This is a great location too. There is a lot to do in the immediate area with Hyannis Harbor and downtown Hyannis sops and restaurants all within walking distance.

The free wi-fi cuts in and out frequently. The breakfast could be much better. The eggs tasted fake and more options besides just sausage would be appreciated. The coffee and juice were good, as were the waffles.
