The staff was friendly and helpful, the facility is clean and reasonably well maintained. It has clearly been renovated recently.

The renovations mentioned above, while recent and reasonably well done, were rather like gilding a turd. The internet TVs are slow and glitchy. You can't plug in your phone next to the bed. The towels are cheap and scratchy, the hot water is temperamental and the rates are higher than deserved.

I rented this room for the spa experience later in the evening when I decided to use it it did not work the toilet did not work as well I was not impressed

walking distance to everything and I am 70.

the neighbors were slamming the doors in the middle of the night. I can hear conversations 2 am -4 am next door. rooms too close you can hear everything. smell cigarette smoking don’t know if it was outdoor or indoor

The room was very clean. The roof bed was spacious, and the hot tub was excellent.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. I have pictures of the room and how dirty it was. hotel was being renovated - dust and dirt everywhere during check in. Linens dirty maid staff rude.

Noisy! Construction workers at check in dest were hammering on flooring. I could not hear the receptionist and workers continued all during my check in. Then, their truck was running loudly outside our window while they were packing up and filling the dumpster. No soundproofing as there were lots of loud conversations and noises in the hall. The maid service did not replenish coffee & supplies. Only shampoo and body wash provided. No conditioner.

The location. The pillows were comfortable. The shower was always warm. The sink was on the outside of the bathroom so I appreciated that.

No breakfast, no indoor pool. When asked for maid service did not receive. When asking for more towels they were stained with yellow so I didn’t use them. Did not like the fact the TV had 7 channels and they were all news based I suggest you bring a laptop with an hdmi cord.

for it being New Year’s Eve I expected a lot of music and parties in other peoples rooms but we couldn’t hear anything at all the occasional people walking past the door but once we were asleep nothing woke us

there’s a $150 fee they hold on your card when you check in , you get it back when you check out but I didn’t read anything about this fee so I was a little mad when I found out

It was affordable, location seemed fine. Close to restaurants, fair amount of parking.

Bit of a fishy smell by our room. Cigarette burn on the comforter that looked like it's been in use for a couple of decades. Door didn't close very smoothly. The jacuzzi in the room made a weird noise in the middle of the night. It sounded like the drain was sucking in air.
