Hello dear administrators of the Anchor Hotel. unfortunately we did not have a pleasant experience in the four nights we spent at the Anchor. In January I made a reservation for four nights. And for this stay, an amount of 1,565.75 was deducted on Jun 17 from our credit card. With that everything is right, it was the agreement. But we think that the Hotel administration had a bad attitude and at the very least a great lack of common sense. Putting a couple who made a reservation six months in advance, paying a relevant amount, in a small, uncomfortable room with a bed that was inadequately sized for a couple and worse, a room without closets, to put clothes for a four-night stay. At a table in that room there was only one chair, as we are a couple, I went to ask the reception to please put another chair, to my surprise the receptionists told me that only one chair was allowed for that room! Here's a suggestion, in the future treat your guests better, especially with more respect and attention to their needs, because, for us, you really left a lot to be desired. As I have consistency in my words, I cannot fail to congratulate you on the hygiene and cleanliness issues, in this matter, you do a good job. We found a lady from the cleaning service, excellent professional and very polite, Mrs. Zenir, a person who honors the work she does at this hotel.

Clean, comfortable and good location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Loved everything

The bed was super comfortable! The desk attendant was very nice and the housekeeper who cleaned my room the next day, returned my AirPods that I left on the bed. That’s a 10!

Beautiful location at the waterfront

This Inn was out of this world. We were upgraded and had the most amazing view of the harbour. The hotel staff were so helpful and there were so many different places to sit and relax. I would definatly return and urge others to visit.
