I really wanted to love this property but we were disheartened to arrive after a long day to find that the space had not been cleaned properly. Many things overlooked and dust everywhere. The dishes in the cupboard were dirty and crumbs throughout the kitchen drawers. The most troublesome part is that there is a spider and bug infestation on the first floor. We woke up during the first night to find the bugs crawling everywhere in the downstairs bedroom. The lowest bed on the bunk literally sits on the floor so they were near the bed. The host did communicate well and the cleaners did return to clean again however they were not able to rid the bugs, this is a job for pest control.

I was a little nervous regarding check in as I had some trouble getting in touch with the listed manager, Kristin. I was able to get in contact with a gentleman who ensured I received all the information and was extremely helpful during a drainage situation during our stay. The staff was courteous and professional and took care of any issues as quickly as possible!

This rental was exactly as we saw in the listing. Clean & centrally located. Three level townhome so be ready for stairs. Had a couple of kids but wasn’t as excited to sleep in bunk bed room as it was located on the bottom floor, 2 floors away from other 2 bedrooms.
Kitchen was nice and spacious. Amenities were good, although a few cooking items were missing, but the property management company was very responsive & accommodated when communicated.
We had several areas of Nashville we had to drive to from Gaylord resort to downtown Nashville & the location of the rental was perfect and convenient to drive from. 15-20 min essentially to all our events.
If you have a rental vehicle, make sure it’s not oversized, minivan fits perfectly.

Very nice accommodations, convenient location and very responsive management. The unit needs a few minor additions such as a dresser in the bunk room, luggage racks in the rooms, cutting knives, and some more cooking pots and pans.

Great location, close to downtown broadway and east Nashville. The house was prefect for our girls bachelorette weekend! The host was super helpful and the house was clean, comfy beds, just the perfect amount of space

Place was great! Private garage parking is great! Very clean, easy to get to off the interstate! Only about 15 mins down to broadway! Couple bars with in walking distance along with many restaurants as well! 10/10 recommended!

A close UBER ride to most of entertainment if Nash Vegas wasn’t available.

Enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of sleeping space plus the couch pulls out into a bed. Very clean and a quick ride to Broadway. Cute coffee shop/brewery next door. The only issue I would say is parking. There is a decent sized garage that fit two sedan sized cars, but there is no over night parking on the little lot. We had friends park across the street in the residential area and we’re fine, just had to walk a little but wasn’t really a problem at all. Would definitly stay here again.

Plenty of room for a large family gathering
We enjoyed our stay. All of the stairs were a little challenging when you're not use to them, especially when we were carrying in all of our luggage and food items. But I needed a good work out.

The property was great for 5-7 people. Nicely decorated, well equipped. It's seen use by looking at the walls. Fairly dinged up, probably moving furniture in and hauling luggage up and down the stairs. We're clean freaks, so having a very clean place is important. The negative I mentioned in my title is the couch was very stained and the bed against the wall in one bedroom has a huge pee stain on it and a small one on the king bed. That to me is uncalled for and gross. There wasn't even a bed liner.
That being said, I would honestly stay there again and recommend it especially if those two things are addressed

Great townhouse! Very clean. We loved staying here. It wasn’t far from downtown. A short uber and you are there. Lots of stairs, this is a 3 story home. So be prepared. 2 long flights of stairs to the bedrooms. But overall it was good!

Main floor is on the 2nd floor w/ kitchen & connected TV room and 1/2 bath. 3rd floor has a larger master bedroom & ensuite bath w/2 sinks and large shower. 2nd bedroom upstairs has 2 queen beds and smaller ensuite bath. I personally loved the place but an FYI...wouldn't be ideal for anyone handicapped or difficulty w/ stairs. I enjoyed the exercise!
