Good location, spacious, and well kept.

I saw a baby roach the first night and another medium size roach when leaving. If I didn’t have that encounter it would have been an excellent stay.

Location near restaurants and hiking was great

Hair on the bed sheets, ants in the bathroom, bug on the wall, lots of hair found in the drawer in the bathroom

This property is clean, close to campus, beautiful, fully stocked and cozy! Parking is convenient and the amenities are top-notch! This place is SO MUCH better than a hotel- especially when traveling with family and wanting a bigger space to relax, make meals together, and hang out. It’s like a home away from home.

The ONLY downside is that they don’t allow pets. We love to bring our small dogs with us when we visit our kids at UF. We always bring their crate so they aren’t roaming the room on the few occasions that we don’t take them with us. Because this property doesn’t allow dogs, we can’t stay here when we bring them.

A very spacious apartment equipped with kitchen utilities at walking distance from restaurants! Had Netflix on livingroom tv :) Complained about hairs on bed and management took care of it in a short time.

Cleanliness was a disappointment! They charged a $95.00 dollars cleaning fee however as soon as I entered in the apartment I saw German cockroaches running around, people's hair on bed sheets and pillows, the kitchen sink was dirty and dirt residue on TV screen.

didn’t get last email instructions do had to reach out to staff, but they were quick and took care of me within minutes, so I guess it wasn’t so bad. also there were no wash clothes and only 4 towels. we had 5 people

The location was great.

The ceiling had lots of dust.A build up of dust was on ALL fans. Dusting needs to part of the cleaning process.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the only communication I had was by email. Which it made it hard to get a quick response.

The fully furnished two bedroom apartment was very new, clean and modern. The apartment was conveniently located near UF Health Shands Hospital as I had a procedure there. There was no shortage of great places to eat in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend the Scholar Apartments.

An astoundingly poorly supplied kitchen, which spoilt the otherwise well supplied apartment. in an apartment for four people there were four dinner plates, four side plates, four bowls - of which one was badly cracked and not useable. Two dinner knives, four forks, two dessert spoons, one teaspoon. This meant that every time you ate anything, you needed to wash it before you could eat again. Couldn’t wash in the sink as no plug, and only one sachet of powder supplied for the dishwasher. And no corkscrew! Did people walk off with the rest of the equipment? No toaster. This is seriously poor and way below all the other places we have stayed on this trip to Florida.
