Cute, clean, well-stocked home perfect for our family of 5. Close to falls and all the attractions. Easy check-in and very accessible host.

We enjoyed our stay at Millicent's home in Niagara. The home was well stocked with whatever we needed, and everything was quite comfortable. Millicent responded to our questions quickly and was very helpful! The location was convenient to the Falls, but not too close so as to be caught up in the traffic, business, etc. We enjoyed our stay!

It was a perfect house for us, family of 3 generations. Everyone had his/her own space to relax and rest. It was nice to use the bbq grill in the backyard and the laundry room. Upstairs was a little stuffy and hot despite the air condition. It got better in the evening. It was located close to Niagara Falls and various activities--all walking distance with protected crosswalks. We are glad to have found this home where it is quiet and calm vs. hotels nearby with loud noise and chaos.

Excellent location easy walkable to Falls for many and Clifton Hill, restaurants area. Most grocery stores are 8 minutes away. If you don't like paying for parking downtown and need transportation to venture out the WeGo system is helpful...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house has all modern appliances. TV with numerous apps and Wi-Fi throughout home were awesome bonuses. Beds were very comfortable. We loved the king-sized bed on main level but if one-person is not able to crawl across bed, the lg TV hanging on wall (which we never used) will be negative to walking around bed. Loved having a grill on the wonderful deck and kitchen was the best stocked we've ever encountered. Owner gave immediate responses to any questions we had. Driveway parking plus also.

Very clean house and great host. As some have stated the walk is a little bit further than stated but still very convenient. I didn't read all the reviews so I didn't realize it really was a 2 bedroom as the 3rd bedroom is in an open area upstairs. There were a few maintenance items that needed attention (shower heads were loose, my husband was the only one who could find the right way to open front door, the faucet in main bathroom was loose, blinds in main bedroom are paper, upstairs bedroom locks on the outside) I have now read all the reviews and agree with all of them. The mattress in the main bedroom is not very comfortable as stated by previous reviewers. However, overall a great stay, very clean, great location and we would stay again.

We had a great stay at Millicent’s home. It is exactly as represented, within walking distance to the Falls, and very comfortable. It was the perfect location and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Property was beautiful, very clean and just a short drive to all the main attractions.

This home is about a 30-minute walk to the river. We had two cars so we could get to everything quickly by car. We first stayed at Embassy Suites Fallsview for a few nights and that was the thing to do. The incline railway is right there at the Embassy Suites. Then we moved to this home which is close to the downtown district. Very clean. Nice kitchen table and furnishings. If you have one or two cars this is the place for you! Owner is super responsive to your questions.

Our family stayed at Millicent's place for our vacation to Niagara falls and the location was perfect. It was within walking distance to the falls and was very convenient for us, even with a 6 month old. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family of four was very happy to stay here. We had plenty of space, and it was clean and neat. The beds, living room, and dining area are comfortable. You could walk to the Falls and attractions, but we drove because of the heat. Parking for the day in the lot next to the park was $15. Millicent is very nice and easy to communicate with via phone/text. I recommend this home and would stay here again.

The house was perfect for our family trip to Niagara. Nice amount of space and accommodations for a family of 5. We were able to walk to all of the main Niagara attractions and the Clifton Hills area. It was also a short drive to Niagara of The Lake which is a very beautiful place to spend the day at as well.

Millicent was readily available for all of our questions. The house is exactly like the pictures and very clean. There are no dressers to put clothes but we managed with hanging most everything. The 10 minute walk to the falls was much longer than stated so we drove and paid for parking, but the falls are beautiful and a very close drive. Thank you Millicent for everything! We had a very enjoyable stay!

This lovely home is within walking distance of the Falls and all major attractions. It is well stocked and very clean.

We really enjoyed our stay here. There were 5 of us but plenty of space for all. Minor hiccups around the house. but all and all a great stay. Great location to the falls and very close to the highway. We felt like "home" and we were very comfortable.

This was the perfect amount of space for our family of five. The unit it self was clean and up to date. Perfect for us. The location was convenient to all the Niagara Falls attractions. The surrounding homes were a little run down. We had an issue with the automatic key pad not working upon check in and through out our entire stay but the owner responded promptly to get us a manual key. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and recommend this unit for anyone needing a little more space away from the hustle and bustle in a convenient location. Thank you so much!!!

Cute, clean and comfortable. Needs better quality cutlery and utensils, missing dish towels and washer, dryer not accessible despite being listed as accessible. Overall good experience.

The first thing I have to say is that Millicent was an excellent host. Awesome communication from beginning to end was greatly appreciated. 5 of us stayed and it was perfect for us. Property was clean and exactly as advertised. Awesome location, close to everything but still quiet. The only complaint I would have is that the mattress in the king room squeaked every time you rolled over and is uncomfortable. Would definitely return and will recommend to anybody I know visiting Niagra Falls

The property is as advertised. Really is clean and very updated. Extremely easy to get to all the sights either walking or driving. Provides everything you need for a stay.

It was a short, easy walk to Clifton Hill where all the fun and action is! So we saved a ton on parking. Millicent was super responsive and available to answer any questions or concerns. The house was neat and cozy and the neighborhood was quiet. We especially loved the large kitchen and all the natural light. There was a nice outdoor space that felt private and safe. The shower was great, too. There is a washer and dryer in the house but it was not accessible to use. I'll also add that there are actually 2 bedrooms. The third bedroom is in a more open area at the top of the stairs, so those who want more privacy might be disappointed. It worked well for our family, though.

We had a wonderful stay at Millicent’s property. It was clean and a quiet location yet within walking distance to Falls and Clifton Hill. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Property is so close to everything. Host was amazing through out the whole process. When we arrived the house was spotless and had everything we needed.

Perfect cozy house for our vacation. We loved that we could walk to the falls! The house was very clean and the host was very responsive. My only comment is that the mattress in the king bedroom needs replacing. Great place to stay overall!

This house is in THE best location! We walked to the Falls, to dinner, to mini golf, restaurants and shopping. The home is super clean and updated. Millicent was very responsive to all of our inquiries. Would definitely recommend or stay again.

The house has everything you would need and the location puts you in walking distance of Downtown and the Falls and easy access to so much of Southern Ontario.

Just far enough away from everything to be nice and quiet. Close enough so it was quick and easy to get to all of the attractions. Quick and easy communication with the owner. Nice clean comfortable place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, very convenient! Walking distance to the falls and Clifton Hill with many restaurants and activities. Room for our family to spread out, our three teenagers stayed upstairs and each had their own bed. This was a great property, exactly as described, and we had a wonderful time, we hope we will be able to stay here again the next time we are in the area!

Stayed here with husband and 2 kids (11 and 13), and we could not have been more pleased. The house is very tastefully designed, and was spotlessly clean. It has everything you need. Walking distance to the Falls, it is nonetheless in a peaceful neighbourhood away from the bustle. There is a large back deck and yard for relaxing. Millicent was wonderful to work with, and answered any questions promptly.

Location was close enough to town amd convenience but far enough from the touristy busy areas. Millicent was wonderful to deal with. Great communication and quick to respond!
