Breakfast was wonderful and Lance was a wonderful host. The attention to detail and almost personal service was so nice.

I had the best stay! The place gives you the feeling of a luxury hotel. Looks exactly like in the photos (and even better). 2 breakfast options and both delicious.

Lance and Emma were wonderful hosts. They both couldn't do enough to make our stay memorable. Breakfast, was excellent and our remark abt the choice of jams was noted and we were handed a small sample to take home with us.

Room was spacious, beds comfortable, shower and bathtub were fantastic. I mean, I want that shower in my own home, it was so great. Breakfast was nice, Lance was very nice to chat with and gave us good recommendations. It was a lovely walk into town. We had dinner at the Cuillin Hills Hotel just a few steps away from the Orchard House which has the best view in town.

The accommodation was modern and well appointed. the hosts were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.
The accommodation was not in the centre of Portree. It was a short walk into the centre but uphill on the way back, however we didn’t find this a problem.

Me and my friend had a great stay. The (Scottish) breakfast was delicious and made on the spot. It's the perfect stay for your trip to the Isle of Skye. More than enough nice restaurants on a walking distance and perfect rooms for some rest.

Clean, good-sized room. Good water pressure in the shower.
Basic accommodations. Further out of town than expected. Arrive in daytime or would be really hard to find. Limited breakfast options. Would have liked a comfortable sitting area to sit and drink a glass of wine in the afternoon.

fantastic location. Our room and bathroom were very spacious and super clean. Great attention to details and they even had USB port plugs so we could charge our phones.
The driveway was a bit challenging and needs some new paving but that’s a minor detail.

Whilst we appreciated why the hosts wanted us to complete a form to order breakfast in advance, it was not always easy to know what you fancy the day before.

Our hosts lance and Emma were great and super helpful/friendly. Great spot to be and loved the brook out back. Made for a great background noise for sleeping.

Everything! A modern oasis in the middle of our trip. Its tucked away off the main drag but once there it was perfect and very professionally operated. Beds, breakfast, and hospitality was first class!
