We were pleasantly surprised with how nice the property was. It exceeded our expectations in all ways.

This property is comfortable and close to gas, food and shopping. The house was well cleaned and the communication with the owner was seamless. The price was reasonable for so many activities a short drive away.

The property was just as described. Great communication with host. Would stay again if we head to Cedar.

This property was a treat! We were only passing through for one night, but have every intention of staying again in the future! It was attractive, so clean, was filled with attention to detail, and comfortable and welcoming. We truly appreciated it!

The home was in a lovely, quiet neighborhood close to the interstate, shopping, VASA fitness and the SUU campus. The master bedroom and bath were bright and spacious. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. The furniture in the living room and dining room were different from the on line photos. I called the property manager to request a larger dining table, like the one in the photo, and within a couple of hours, a perfect table for doing jigsaw puzzles was provided. My family and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

My husband, myself, and my father stayed here for two nights. It was in a great, safe neighborhood. The home is beautiful inside and even better than pictured. Shelby was incredibly considerate and great at communicating. It was overall a very pleasant stay. We highly recommend it.

Home was modern and very clean. All the amenities you would want. Shelby was very gracious and helpful. The property is in a central location and close to downtown and the Shakespeare Festival. Would highly recommend and will stay there again. Thanks Shelby.

The home was very clean. The master bathroom was very pretty. All bedding was clean and comfortable. The reviews say the garage was full of the owners belongings, but we found it largely empty. The property manager was very responsive and polite. It could use a booster seat and step stool to help younger kids eat and wash hands.

Very nice home. However, I had a serious problem. I have a new automobile that I ALWAYS garage. The VRBO listing showing the front of the property showed a 2-car garage. Another of the listing photos showed an empty and spacious garage. VERY disappointed that I found the garage to be COMPLETELY filled with owner's stuff. I could not use the garage. VERY MISLEADING LISTING PHOTOS. Potential renters MUST be told that the garage is not available. Had I known, I woud have stayed somewhere else.

The bungalow is spacious, comfortable, and warm. My family loved staying here and it suited our needs perfectly. The home is in a great location with many food options just minutes away. The host is responsive and the house is great. If we ever return to Cedar City we'd stay here again!

Very clean

Our family was able to book this property last minute because our previous booking was not accessible due to the recent snow fall! The property manager, Shelby, was very helpful and responded quickly. We actually encountered a winter storm the night we drove in! The house was accessible with no problems and the next morning the driveway and sidewalks were being cleared of snow! This house is beautifully decorated, very modern, clean and spacious! The fireplace was so nice considering the lows were between 16 and 21 degrees. The bathtub in the master bathroom was so nice to relax in after driving to see all the sights. Cedar City has so much to offer and it is convenient to drive to Zion and Bryce Canyon (only a little over an hour drive to both). We would definitely choose to stay here if we ever venture back to the area!

Very nice new home with everything we needed. Shelby, the property manager is great to work with and very responsive to the couple requests we had while staying there. Our only issue was that the garage was full of the owners belongings and I do mean FULL. We have stayed here a few times before and had expected to be able to park in the garage since we had two cars and were having local family over to visit. It all worked out and some very nice neighbors suggested other places to park. We would love to be able to stay here again when we visit Cedar City. Thank you Shelby! :)

This property was great for our purposes. We often drive to Denver from Los Ángeles and need a good half-way point. This home was a gem. Clean, cozy, and convenient. We had a little trouble finding it but the host was very quick to respond and we were relaxing in no time.

Perfect...clean...comfortable. Love the spacious shower with modern tub inside! Stay was just as good as last year when we stayed.

This was a perfect property to visit our family that lives in the area. Beds & pillows were comfortable & appeared to have all the amenities of home. Suggestion for owners/housekeeping: all our towels were still very damp, though folded in the closet. We realized this as we were showing & needed them. Also, the 3rd bed didn't have sheets & we later found them in the dryer. But this wont deter us from staying here again when we visit our family

We love the bungalow! This is our second stay, and we have a third planned for August! We literally have changed dates to be able to stay at this beautiful home. Shelby is the best, and she cannot do enough to ensure your comfort. The house cleanliness is bar none! You could eat off the floors. This house is close to all things Cedar City. Looking forward to many more visits!
