This is an exceptionally beautiful property. Really.
The house is also extremely spacious and gracious. The design made it easy for us to share meals, stories, and play family games together. The pool was beautiful, the hot tub was warm and wonderful.
The furnishings and kitchenware were also extremely nice and thoughtful.
We look forward to returning in the future.

We all enjoyed our stay at the remarkable Limerick Lane Estate. Spacious house, great communication, incredible vineyard and sunset views, and a relaxing pool and hot tub. You couldn't ask for more in Healdsburg's wine country.

The property was secluded, spacious and family friendly. There was plenty of room for 8 adults. It was a 8 minute to the Healdsburg Square. Very close to numerous wineries. We had a wonderful time.

We had a group of 8 friends stay at the house for my 30th birthday and had an amazing time! The house was spacious, beautiful and well located. Very close to downtown Healdsburg. We also had a small party on Saturday and the hosts were great in helping us prepare. 10/10 would recommend.

The location and home provided the perfect wine country vacation for family members of 10. The home is beautiful, very clean and well stocked. We arranged a dinner under the olive trees which was organized by the staff. Exceptional! The setting near the vineyards is spectacular.
We also enjoyed wine tasting at Limerick winery.

This was the perfect setting for our mothers/daughters wine trip! We had plenty of room to spread out (8 of us) comfortably. The grounds, landscaping, vineyard are simply spectacular! The house is well equipped with all party essentials like a nice big kitchen, beautiful pool and hot tub and seating. We had great communication before, during and after our stay. We also loved that we felt very safe and private! The location is perfect for all Healdsburg area spots!

Beautiful property on a nice location just to the east of the 101. 5-10 minute ride to downtown healdsburg and plenty of open space to bbq, play lawn games or lounge by the beautiful pool.
my friends and i love to cook so the kitchen was well appointed and the pantry decently stocked. Highly recommend for big groups

The Estate House was our own private, tranquil resort with marvelous views and lots of room for our group of 8 to enjoy camaraderie and also solo relaxation. Karen, Andy, and Alexa communicated promptly and often from initial inquiry to checkout. They grocery shopped for us and delivered our wine order to the house.
Andy poured lovely wines for our complimentary wine tasting out in the sunny vineyards and recounted the history of Limerick Lane’s founding and winemaking. Focusing on exceptional Zinfandels, Limerick Lane also produces blends and beautiful white wines.
Kids and adults alike loved the heated pool and spa and spacious patio areas.
We felt like special guests.

We had the best stay! The house is just like the photos. It’s beautiful and was perfect for 10 of us. Alexa, was very accommodating and super helpful. I would definitely recommend and would come back again and again.

Beautiful house and grounds. Luxurious accommodations, and every possible amenity for entertaining is there. It was an exquisite experience. Some of the upcharges are a bit steep, so be aware.

Our family celebrated my birthday at this beautiful house. The check in was great due to Alexa. She responded very quickly to any requests and was a delight to work with. The house is amazing. Decorated beautifully and stocked with everything I needed and more! We spent a lot of time outside enjoying the vineyards. It was magical. Thank you Karen and Alexa

We went for a long weekend with 3 other couples, and it was a wonderful weekend! We would definitely stay at the house again. Great for 4 couples (could squeeze 5) or even 2 families with kids. Karen and Alexa were so helpful and responsive to our every need. No house issues at all. We enjoyed driving (and being driven) to many vineyards in the Healdsburg/Sonoma area, hiking at Armstrong, and dining out a few times in town. I'd push repeat and do it all again if I could!

I stayed in the vineyard house for a few days with members of my research group. The house and location are spectacular - beautiful views from every angle. And the owner and house manager were extremely accommodating with regard to some special requests (we needed a big table set up outside to manage lunches and dinners for almost 30 people). They also arranged a very special wine tasting lunch for all of us - a treat that won't be forgotten. Everyone wants to return next year!

Our stay was amazing, the house is gorgeous and the pool is to die for! Great location with olive trees and the vineyards right in the back yard. Spacious house and had everything you could want or need for a weekend. Five minutes to downtown Healdsburg. Would definitely come back!

Booked this property with 3 other couples for a wedding nearby. So close to downtown Healdsburg yet far enough away to feel like a private oasis. Instructions very clear and a very helpful guidebook was available. Owners and management easy to reach and very nice. Would not hesitate to book again.

This was a combo business retreat/vacation, and we could not have asked for a better environment for both. Relaxing, quiet, and comfortable. The home and amenities are wonderful. High-end kitchen appliances make it a pleasure to cook and easy to clean. Alexa, the property manager, was very responsive and helped make our stay the relaxing - and productive - event we were aiming for.

My husband and I and our 2 kids visited for the weekend with our friends and their 2 kids. We rent properties regularly and this one was special. The house was immaculate and very well stocked. Great layout for 2 families. While the inside of the house is beautiful, the outside is the star of the show. Great pool, patio, firepit, orchard. Many places for kids to explore -- even pick lemons and make lemonade. The owner was attentive and Alexa is amazing. Can't think of any complaints and we would love to come back and enjoy this special home again.

An excellent house for a 4 couples to escape to Healdsburg. Inside and exterior were immaculate and we enjoyed the gourmet kitchen for multiple meals at the house.
Alexa was the perfect host and was always available if we needed anything. Definitely coming back!!

Let me get straight to the point: This house is amazing, the location is amazing, and the host is amazing - book it now if it's available :)
The longer version: We rented Karen's home for my wife and her twin's birthday to do some wine tasting and a dinner. Karen and Alexa were super helpful in suggesting wineries, transportation, caterers.
We visited their winery, Limerick Lane Cellars, and that was great too.
All in all, we had a great experience and will be back again!

Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay. The property was everything we expected and more. Fabulous views in every direction, and a spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated and very well equipped house. Nice touches with fresh flowers throughout the house and a very warm welcome. Even though it was Thanksgiving weekend, the manager was super responsive - though we didn't need much since everything worked well and was easy to operate. We definitely hope to stay again!

We had a superb time. The home is fantastic. The service was top-notch. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an awesome place to stay just a few minutes outside of downtown Healdsburg. Also, the Limerick winery within walking distance down the street is superb! Great one / two punch.

My family had a wonderful time at the property and the associated vineyard nearby. The owner and property manager were responsive to messages. The house is spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked. Family room recliners were great for watching TV. All bedrooms have direct access to a bathroom with 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom. We used the office with sofabed as a fifth bedroom. Outdoors, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, gas grill, fire pit, and walking through the olive tree grove.

Could not have been better :) I stayed here with friends to celebrate a birthday weekend. The place is incredible, both inside and out, and you can tell a lot of love was put into it (for example, the kitchen has really high-quality stuff and is well-organized, not just easy items for a rental). The host was super gracious and the manager Alexa was really responsive. I especially loved that the house felt private (nearest neighbor is down the hill), so our group could relax and focus on ourselves. We had the best stay and would highly recommend it to anyone!

We had the best time at this beautiful home in Healdsburg. The property is amazing and surrounded by vineyards. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you need and family room/bar is large and comfortable.
The location is close to downtown Healdsburg where we enjoyed great food at world class restaurants.
Loved the pool, hot tub, fire pit and views.
We had the best week and highly recommend!
