Clean, pleasant stay with plenty of beds for our entire crew. Thank you.

House its self was great, close to the boardwalk, clean, sleeps 16 comfortably but unfortunately we had a major safety issue during our stay. The second morning of our stay a massive tree fell almost crushing my family members having coffee outside. Luckily they heard the tree cracking and acted fast and jumped up and ran. Luckily no one was hurt but they were very shaken up after this. The property management Vacasa was immediately notified and they were very apologetic but were not comprehending the seriousness of the situation. Aside from the tree almost killing my family members, a good portion of the yard was unable to be used. I asked Vacasa for some sort of refund, accommodation or compensation and have gotten the biggest run around and actually just have been ignored on my request to this day. They wanted to send a tree service company out to clean up but I requested them not to bc I didn’t want machinery and chainsaws disrupting our stay further. That request was also ignored and we had an afternoon of yard clean up by a tree service company. The tree service associate said many trees were unsafe and that the trees haven’t been properly pruned which likely led to the tree falling. Aside from the safety concern here, it’s also concerning that Vacasa ignores requests and minimizes concerns. Maybe it would have been better is could have contacted the owner directly but that was not an option. It’s too bad bc I really liked the house itself and the location.

House was clean. The trash in the yard was over turned and spilling everywhere when we got there and there was a ton of it but it was picked up within 2 hours of us being there. Comfy house, cute. We couldn’t use the back deck there are holes in the deck covered by carpets. Great location overall we had a great family vacation with two families.

I wanted to love this house. The location was ok, and the house was cute. Nice side yard as well. However, the home was very dirty and when I tried reaching out to someone I got no response within my 3 day stay via email or call. I have two small children (one with many allergies)- the floors were filthy with sand and sticky stuff, there was a pill and broken plastic on the on the floor the first night in obvious spots (clearly not vacuumed), moldy shower curtain, someone else’s hair on the shower wall, dirty table top, cob webs and spiders in many rooms, chocolate looking stuff on the couch cover which my son is HIGHLY allergic too… the list goes on and on. Upon searching for a bandaid, I also stumbled across an absolutely repulsive rag shoved in a drawer in a bathroom… The longer I was there the more things I was finding that made me never want to come back. Disappointed to say the least.

My family and I absolutely loved this Vacation Rental. spacious enough for everyone to gather together to eat play games watch TV and just hang out. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Although the 3 bedrooms towards the back of the home we’re all joined by one hall there was enough privacy in each room. Awesome family rental.

Convenient location to get to & from beach and downtown. Everything we needed for our trip!

The home was clean and comfortable. 0.5 mile walk to the beach and all kinds of restaurants was so convenient. Very large space with eight beds. Kitchen was in really good shape. It was a great place for a weekend getaway!
