Hotel facilities and some staff.

I don’t like the attitude of the night duty receptionist during my check in last june 30, 2024. Too rude, and not fit as a front line employee of a hotel. He might have given me the worst available room of the hotel on that check in date. So dissapointed that I had to change hotel after that reservation or incident. But anyway, it is a Good thing, I found a better hotel with service fit for a Booking dot com Genius Level 3.

Spacious & wide corridors. Excellent interior decor. The management has invested a lot to make interior attractive.

Staff needs training & they should learn how to handle the customer. Overpriced according to location.

الخدمات بطيئه جدا لازم نتصل اكثر من 3 مرات عشان الخدمه المكيف مزعج الانوار في الغرفه ضعيفه ازعاج الشارع داخل الغرفة

Nothing much to be honest. It was a total disaster. We chose this hotel as a stop over from Makkah to Dubai. Was hoping to freshen up for the next leg of the trip from Riyadh to Dubai.

Many thinks. Location: you wouldn’t find anything around here. Its located near industrial area. Expect road and traffic noise. Facilities: no hot water in shower or bathroom! They said their hot water pump was broken. Middle of the night, we find there is no water at all!! Restaurant: their chicken tikka says it comes with 2 tandoor roti. They gave khaboos instead.
