Beautiful caravan, had everything and more. Perfect location and walking distance to St Mary's Lighthouse and we were lucky enough do go seal-spotting. 110 seals in total! Super comfy beds, clean and well cared for caravan with beautiful decor and finishing touches. Felt very cosy and homely. Lovely owners, took care of us from start to finish. Thank you Janice, for letting us enjoy your caravan, we've made some lovely memories and wouldn't hesitate returning. Kids love the park and facilities at the site and the staff are all smiley and friendly.

Beautifully presented space, a home from home. Great attention to detail (books, DVDs, games, local information, fresh milk in fridge, cleaning products, etc). Close to sea and St Mary's Lighthouse.

The location of the caravan and access to it. The caravan was cold especially the bathroom which had no heating at all. The caravan was described as a luxury lodge. It was very tired and dated, sofa was so worn it was down to the wood so was uncomfortable to sit on. There was a busy road behind the caravan so was noisy all the time.

Caravan was lovely and clean. Great size for the 4 of us. Janice who owns the caravan is so lovely and helpful.

They were thoughtful and provided us with staple food items All sorts of appliances we may have wanted were there Really good correspondence with owners and they replied quickly to messages

Noisy roads which I understand isn't a fault of the owners however.

the caravan was lovely and clean very spacious and in good order.

unfortunately the traffic noise, it was really load I know this has nothing to do with the property more the location.

The caravan itself was comfortable and clean. It was well maintained and had plenty to do.

The caravan is next to the busy road and it is loud all the time. The neighbours next to us was loud until the early morning, which means it was a double whammy for us.

We were on the edge of the site which was more open and a bit more private. Had a bus stop at the main gate into Whitley Bay/Metro station, which help if you're not good at walking. Also, Delaval Hall is just a few miles north up the coast, which is well worth a visit, also the bus goes up that way. We ate at the Delaval Inn, a nice pub, dogs allowed, good food and real ale brewed on premises, within walking distance, bus, or short drive.

The food on site was just passable, and not good value, be careful what you choose to order and we needed passes to get into the restaurant which was costly. We have not had to pay for passes to go to the bar or restaurant before at Park Dean Caravan Sites.

Lovely and clean everything you need it was really nice to have some goodies on arrival hosts were very helpful x
