Location of the guest house is perfect - down a quiet street between the Metro Station and the seafront. Hardeep was very kind and welcoming, the room was spotlessly clean and perfect for a 3-night stay. Bed was really comfortable, and being up at the top of the house it was really quiet.
Honestly nothing - all I need is a comfy bed and a good night's sleep, which is what I got.

The host was welcoming, friendly and really helpful. Great from the get go. When we were shown to our room is exceeded expectations, was a fantastic size, clean and warm - the beds were very comfy! We had our own shower room as requested with all the essentials and big fluffy towels. Overall, a dreamy place to stay! It was also a stone's throw from the station, beach and shops/restaurants making it the ideal location, while also being super quiet for a good nights sleep. Would stay here again!

Most welcoming Hosts who could not do enough to make your stay a most pleasurable one. Anything needed you only had to ask. Very comfortable bed, slept like a log on every night stayed. Very clean room & bathroom. A stones throw from the beach & on a quiet street, no passing through traffic.

Aabba is gorgeous - we were so happy to stay there. They couldn’t have been more accommodating and put us in a gorgeous room. The location is only a few minutes from the main town centre and 30 seconds from the sea. I was blown away at how quiet and peaceful it was, we had two excellent nights’ sleep on a very comfy bed. Honestly I’d recommend here to anyone and everyone heading to Whitley Bay. Reminded me how lovely BnBs can be!

Great location excelent accomodation Hardeep and her husband very chatty and friendly if needed anything just let them know and they will try and sort it even though there was no Breakfaast which i was aware of when i booked because of Covid was told i could help my self to toast or cerial if i wished at no extra cost thought that was very good will deffinatley book again thanks to both of them was a great brake

The hostess was charming and helpful. The location was convenient for the Metro station, food shops, church, beach, sightseeing ... in fact, virtually everything available locally. The bedroom was comfortable, mostly quiet and the television reception was good.
There was some noise: the bedroom overlooked the street and was directly above the front door which could be slammed loudly. One night I was woken in the early hours by male guests crashing in, probably after a drink or three. Next door neighbours could also be heard shouting one evening.

Very clean and welcoming. Tea and coffee replenished everyday. Owner was great and gave us a lot of information about where to eat and what to do. This was the second time staying here and would definitely book again

It was clean and comfortable. The manageress was friendly and helpful. The beach was only about 400 metres away and bars, restaurants, buses and the Metro were not much further.
Only a minor point - the televisions were a bit antiquated.
