I liked the clean kitchen essentials like silverware, pots and pans. Glasses and plates. Really beautiful room and decor. Next to the pool was awesome!

Nothing to complain everything was excellent

Don’t let the photo deceive you, you likely won’t be staying in that building. They own a bunch of small motels along the road and that is where our room was. The “balcony” was actually just a walkway to the room with a chair on it, and the next room had to walk past us to leave so it definitely wasn’t private. The room itself was nice and the perfect size for my daughter and me. We enjoyed the pool and 5min walk to the beach. Additionally, while their was a kuerig machine in the room, there was no coffee, or cream, or sugar provided. I would have brought some from home had I known, but instead we had to make a trek to a grocery store. Not the end of the world, but is something basic that is usually provided. All in all, we had a good time and the place was nice. I’m not sure if we’d stay there again because there are less expensive places right across the street. (And since our room was on the street anyway, it would only add 30 more seconds to the walk to the beach). There was a mini fridge, microwave, and dishes provided (as well as dish soap and a sponge to clean them). Our view was of the street and parking lot, and we were not close enough to hear the ocean. Lastly, in case you like to know all the details, there were heavy privacy curtains (needed since you are on the street and have a neighbor walking right by your windows) but there was no way to get privacy without blocking all of the natural light. The door had built in blinds, but did not block all the light for sleeping. We made do, just wanted to be thorough in case you want to bring ear plugs and a sleep mask, and definitely bring coffee!

Breakfast? We went next door, to the dinner/restaurant. And keep in mind their time frame. Our disappointment was the fact that the picture was a misrepresentation! Not where we stayed. Nor did any of my many phone conversations I had with the staff say that even tho I did reference that photo! But we did like where we stayed Not "on the beach" but close. So as a set of new visitors Communication is everything'

Marketing You want people to think there staying at the picture on web site, a street away, actually facing the ocean. I felt misled. We had 2 rooms on the street, not the ocean! We did enjoy our rooms and did rebook for another sister getaway. But should be more forthcoming. 4 stars

The motel was very clean and comfortable. So close to the beach and very near the restaurants and amusement park. Would definitely stay there again.

Room was not what I booked through Booking.com. 😢 The staff at the motel did everything they could to get me the room I wanted but they just didn't have the vacancy.

The staff at the Gull were fantastic and arranged for us to have two conjoining rooms at check in. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had a great view of the ocean. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Very close to the beach. Outdoor pool. Mostly quiet. Good location away from the amusement park but within a short walk. Room was bright and comfortable.

Bathroom was small and cramped. Check in process was confusing as one had to check in at a neighboring property.

The price was a bit steep. That said, the location really made it worthwhile.
