The owners are incredibly nice and accommodating. They went out of their way to help my family when we had issues with another place. They are friendly and suggested a few things for me and my family to do while we were in town. The dedicated parking space should not be overlooked. If we go back to Brighton, we will plan the trip around the availability of this rental.

There was not one negative about this place or the owners. Everything was great!

Very spacious property with fabulous views over the sea and the Downs. Beach below the flat was very quiet, compared with the beach nearer to Brighton. Excellent and brief instructions for all appliances.

Nothing - there was building work and scaffolding outside, but we were hardly aware of this.

Immediate neighbour is quite sensitive and particular about any type of noise after 11pm, including a neighbour on ground floor who was extremely rude despite us apologising profusely.

The flat is immaculate, stylish and very cozy. The beds are super comfy and the view is magnificent. A perfect place to be by the sea! The owners go the extra mile too!

The apartment was lovely and very well kept. Booklet with very detailed instructions and information was very helpful and thoughtful. The views are beautiful and location is great and perfect for getting the bus to Brighton too as the bus stops are right outside the flat. We felt very welcomed and at home in this apartment due to the efforts of the hosts.

There is nothing that I did not like.
