Difficult to get taxi. Far from town/train. No phone in room. Bar/restaurant closed early.

Clean, modern and spacious rooms, quiet location set in pleasant gardens. Horsham, a short taxi journey away, has all you'd need for bars and restaurants, should the in-house facilities not meet your needs. Cooked breakfast buffet was excellent.

Great place to stay due to facilities and rooms and staff. Overall great!!
Just be aware if you are traveling from the airport the taxi is approximately 50 pounds one way. I might have chosen an airport hotel instead.

The location was sublime and the greeting I received in the evening and morning by the reception and catering staff was fantastic. The location was, clean, green and quiet. The food was VERY good!
The mattress could have been a little firmer, but was nonetheless comfortable, and I couldn't find a little cup to fill the iron.

Roffey Park is in a really quiet and peaceful location. The hotel had everything I needed, was clean and comfortable and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Good choice for breakfast.

All members of the hotel staff were helpful and friendly.
In addition, the hotel offers secure car parking.
When I booked, I was not informed that the restaurant wouldn't be available to us due to an event. F
Furthermore, the bar was not open all day, and the vending machines were out of soft drinks, snacks and water.
There were no amenities or stores near the hotel, so I ended up starved and thirty without any options!

I stayed in room 21 on the ground floor , the room above mine had a badly creaking floor so when the person/people were moving about [ sometimes quite late at night ! ] you were woken up / or could`nt get to sleep ! . What do people do in a hotel room ? i certainly do not move around as much as these people were doing .

Large clean room loads of storage. High water pressure for bath great. Nice and quiet, and close to the stairs! I really enjoyed my stay.
I never have enough tea/ milk/ sugar!! But it was no less than any other hotel. I just wish just once I could find a hotel that supplied 500ml of milk and enough teabags and sugar!! But I guess that's just me.

Excellent peaceful location but readily accessible. Really helpful staff. Easy parking. Great food. Surprising value for money when compared to hotels in the area, especially given the facilities like the pool.
Slightly larger TV in bedroom would be nice!
