Big clean room, easy to get to airport and ferry.

Small reception but it had everything we need

Great place for longer stays, spacious and well-designed room with sofa (in addition to comfortable bed). Big fridge, nice bed lamp, all together very comfortable. The breakfast is very simple (coffee and bread) but there is a coffee machine that makes freshly-grained coffee. Around 10-12 min walk to monorail station.

Room was super clean, quite spacious and very comfortable. So was the bathroom. What surprised me was that, for a japanese building, it was well insulated so temperature stayed the same even without the AC on and the sounds from the corridor/street were not an issue (though keep in mind that I stayed near top floors). Also, unlike many japanese city buildings, here you could actually admire some view from the room (it had a rather spacious balcony, another rarity in Japan!) and check out the neighbourhood from above. Speaking of neighbourhood, it is basically a city center and close to most important things in Naha so good place for venturing out during your first days in Naha and Okinawa in general (ferry port is also not that far and can be reached on foot if you don't have too much luggage with you...otherwise, the bus stop is 2 min away from the hotel). Lady in the lobby was also really nice and tried to explain things as best as she could in japanese.

Breakfast is rather simplistic (coffee/tea and some crossaints) so don't expect to be full for the entire day here. Not the main selling point of the place anyway so I don't count it as a minus myself. Just treat it more like a precaution for all those that might expect a full-blown meal in the morning and then complain about it on Booking as if they were lied to. Hotel is quite upfront about it so no one should be surprised anyway :)

the staff doesn’t know what she’s doing. I have my military Id and she’s not accepting my ID. She’s insisting that residence card is needed to check in which not everyone who stays there doesn’t have residence card. She was so rude.

the location is about 15 mins walking distance from the major bus stops.

The property was clean as new. What I saw in the pictures is exactly what I got.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like but I think they could be more tea options or another one at least.

Good position, the convenience store is right outside. It's a 10-minute walk from the BUS Terminal. Very easy to find restaurants or bars in the areas nearby. The nearby beach is ok. Personnel understands English.

The reception only opens in the afternoon, which is not ideal in certain situations. Had a problem with the AC unit. Apparently, turning the AC unit of any room off creates issues. I don't like sleeping with the AC on, so... I ended up having to deal with noises from the ceiling. They offered me a new room, so I can't really complain.

Super clean!

Somehow the air pressure? was high in the room that every time I closed the door and the window, it made some air sound and kept me awake. I could just open the window to solve the sound, but one thing I struggled about for the first night. there’s no mug cup or utensils so you should bring your own or buy somewhere if you want a cup of coffee or food in the room.
