Great Hotel. Very comfy, beautiful rooms. Extremely friendly staff. Great kiting spot with kite school attached to the hotel. Highly recommended. Wish I'd booked for longer.

Ventana Hotel reception received us well. The team was trying to be always very diplomate. It was in fact just to save time I guess.

There is a lot of disagreement with that hotel : - First and maybe the most important, the hotel does not want to emit my invoice beside the fact that I proved multiple times, including contacts with my bank, that the payment has been proceeded. Clearly accounting issues - Second, there are a big building in construction. This means that everyday, there is noise; You can not relax - Restaurant & Breakfast is not at what you expect in brasil. First time ever I don't see farofa or feijaos in a meal. And when I asked for some, they told me "this is french cuisine"... what a joke. - There is always cars in the beach. It is not safe for a family to go there. - No AirCon or not enough fan in the rooms we had, beside that we took the niciest one; Was very hot for the boys. - Persons where smoking in the room close by us, and the smoke was very incomoding - Not enough beds where ready for my family and they ended up sleeping 3 or 4 in the same bed the first night, beside the fact that we had announced it few days in advance. All in one, it is a very disappointing experience and I clearly NOT RECOMMAND THAT PLACE.

Location and people who work there are nice.

Other guests were so so so noisy that we were not able to sleep. People were drunk and wanting to party. They were REALLY loud. There wasn't one night that I slept well. I had to ask for the guy that works in the Hotel to tell these people to be quiet.

Right at the beach, nicely built. Perfect beach feel place.

Everything is fantastic , the bungalows, the pool area, the onsite restaurant, the super friendly staff ...simply perfect . I would have extended my stay only that it was booked up !!!

Great location in front of the beach and not so close to downtown. Nice bungalows with outdoor area. Nice bathroom Although we had an inconvinient in the initial Check-in, the personal was very attentive and nice during the rest of the stay, including the waiters in the café

The fans in the bubgalows are not strong enough to handle the heat during the night. Breakfast is pretty standard. There aren't many options for lunch and dinner, and they areexpensive and not abundant portions.

hotel food/ restaurant - few options, quality and options need to be improved. alcohol gel should be available in all tables at the bar/restaurant facilities, mask should be mandatory when not seated (having the meal)

The location is perfect, good bedroom with a great balcony. The good thing about staying in the apartment is the air conditioning. The flip side is the little frogs all over the bathroom because the apartments are in the end of the property, close to the swamp. The bungalows are close to the beach but has no AC. The swimming pool is also great!

Definitely having to deal with little frogs every time I had to go to the bathroom. That was the downside of staying o In the apartments. They were everywhere, even in the toilet. And the fact property didn’t communicate about this issue prior when I booked or even during the check in, made the things even worse for me. They tried to hide this problem and it’s not nice. Only when I flagged they said it happens sometimes. But it happened every day/night.

The staff was amazing, kite school within the hotel really useful. Breakfast was good.

The owner had a big dog walking around and we felt it was not very welcoming to guest. Food can be a little improve for lunch and diner.
