It was a cozy and nicely decorated apartment. A separate bedroom for the boys with lovely bunk beds. The kitchen had everything we needed and the couch had more than enough room for the 4 of us. We watched a (Netflix) movie in the evening. The village was okay, the kids liked the pier with entertainment, we thought Blackpool was AWFUL but the village Lytham was lovely, nice and not too busy. The best pub was Victoria, which was a 20 min walk away. We didn’t really like the pubs in the centre. So the apartment was perfect but I thought the location/village would have been nicer.

The location. The layout of the appartment. Ease of entrance/check in etc.

No parking space on site as advised but lots of street parking. No high chair in appartment so difficult to feed. Put in top floor appartment when we had a new baby and therefore LOTS of luggage etc but it was still an amazing break and we would return. Shower not at all powerful and ran hot and cold.

We stay here or I'm Design Suites every year. Sometimes twice a year. So easy checking in and out. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The shower is great. Excellent location close to all the sights and facilities. Kids love the bunk beds, Netflix and the fruit. We can't wait to go back again.

Apartment was clean and comfortable. There was a good use of space and no rooms felt too small

Parking was quite limited but it was explained and there is not a lot that can be done about it.

Location was close to beach and easy walking distance from M&S Foodhall if self catering. Suite had everything we needed and was spotless.

Whilst the apartment itself was fab, the street was a bit rundown.

Spotless property, very easy to find, all information provided to access property. Close proximity to St Anne's pier and shopping area

Only one minor comment was in relation to the kitchen, just a microwave grill and no oven which we hadn't realised so cooking a meal one night had to be adapted.

The property was located just one street from the main shops and restaurants. The apartment was well equipped and clean

Location was fantastic, so close to the main street of shops in Lytham St Anne's. Very comfortable beds with great linen. All of the extra touches, the bowl of fruit, biscuits, coffee pods, filtered water, cooking oil, salt and pepper. Very clean property. Checkin and check out done online was simple.

Wished we had stayed longer

TV in lounge didn't work properly however wasn't really an issue.

Spotlessly clean and well presented accommodation in a convenient location close to local amenities. Super comfy bed and quiet at night. Easy self check in. Would definitely stay here again.

All was good.

We were moved to a larger room on an upper floor before we arrived and it was spacious and comfortable - we were asked if this would be OK, presumably to accommodate someone with mobility needs on the ground floor. This suited us well. We knew that the room didn't have air conditioning but a fan was dropped off without us having to request it - this was well received as it was 29C at the time of our stay. There were bottles of filtered water and biscuits in the room. We accidentally booked late check-in instead of late-check out, we were called on the phone and that was sorted immediately with no fuss - we were grateful.

We didn't realise the room was serviced and there was no way to say "please don't service this room". We didn't want it serviced daily. 'Serviced' consisted of only changing our bins. The bed linen and towels were not changed (which is good as this would be unnecessary). It was difficult to know if the front door was properly closed, and there's no additional lock like a chain or something, so if you're in the shower when roomkeeping arrives, be careful. It wasn't clear whether recycling is separated.

Location great. Cleanliness great. Overall just as expected. Have visited 3 times in 6 months so that says it all. Have also used the voucher to enjoy our evening meals at reduced cost.

Suggested that the mirror in Flat 4 be lowered so it would be of some use! Trust this has been rectified
