the Clean & spacious rooms. The food especially the breakfast spread.

1. الفندق قريب من مجمع حياة مول.
2. الغرفة كبيرة جداً وواسعة وإطلالتها رائعة على المسبح من جهتين.
3. يوجد غرفة ومنطقة جلوس ولكل منهما شاشة تلفزيون.
4. يوجد حمام صغير مستقل لغرفة الجلوس.
5. حمام غرفة النوم واسع وفيه بانيو كبير وشاور منفصل ومنطقة للكرسي الافرنجي منفصلة ومغسلة يد كبيرة.
6. الفندق جديد وأثاثه رائع.
7. تعاملهم راقي.
8. الافطار كان غالبه للأكل الهندي ولكن تجد اطباقاً مناسبة للأكل العربي.

I have stayed in this hotel multiple times and it is a good one. Staff are friendly and it is neat and clean.
Some small details such as providing one glass and one dental kit for a room booked for two people.

Rooms were neat, tidy and comfortable, friendly and accommodating staff, good location.
Breakfast menu was decent but could still be better. Also, the channels available on TV were very limited for those looking for some laid back entertainment.

It is a really good hotel, and the gym was pleasantly surprising—clean, with good equipment, and so on. Akshay was really attentive; he asked us if we needed anything. Overall, I would highly recommend it.

The staff make the place. Exceptional service and very attentive. One of the staff at the front desk made a railway reservation on his personal account without any hesitation. Kudos team Dimora Calicut.

Good breakfast but should be more clean , stuff and kitchen should be more clean
I done see how they are cooking inside the kitchen and how much it was a clean

Could be better and better organized considering it is a 5 star hotel. Less staff which makes the staff loose the focus on customers and the variety and quality of kerala breakfast as well as the spread could be arranged better.

The location is good near the bypass you don't have to drive the small and congested streets of Kozhikode. They have friendly staff, they keep everything neat and clean. The food is very nice and the breakfast has a good variety.
