Next door was very very loud and we didn’t sleep all night they continued loud unit about 6 am and I have video recorded the noise

The hotel was stunning. It was absolutely gorgeous to walk into, and we were so excited about the view. The room was very large and comfortable. It had everything we needed.

The lounge room floors were very poorly cleaned and there was cigarette butts over the balcony. Overall it was clean but these areas were not attended to at all

It was fantastic. the size of room and the facilities.

The location was fantastic. Just a trip down in the lifts and we stepped out into Cavil Lane which was full of eating places and just a short walk from the clubs and bars. An amazing view of the ocean from the 60th floor far exceeded expectations.

The carpet was quite old and the vacuum cleaner was broken so it was difficult to clean before checking out.

Location is great with virtually everything you need straight under the building. Your also a 5 to 10min walk to the beach. Great views and relaxing

HMMM the apartment we stayed in could use a refurb as it is starting to show its age and soon people will start looking elsewhere

This was not a two bedroom apartment, second bedroom was modified and one bathrom which make hard for two couples with open window from the bathrom

The location is really good. Your in the middle of everything.

It was very dirty. Dust everywhere, Dead cockroach in the kitchen in the middle of the floor, a line of ants going from the airconditioning unit to food sticking on the wall behind the sofa. We complained, and they sent the cleaning lady. She said it was empty for a long time and not cleaned before us arriving. We asked for a different room. This took a lot of back and forward including sending pictures (which means I have a bunch of them which I added to this review as proof). Eventually, after losing half a day (out of a weekend stay that is a lot) we were offered a different apartment in the cheaper building next door. This other apartment was very clean and good. No compensation was offered so all in all poor. Also we stayed march 2023, the main pool is drained for emergency repairs.

Great communication and the location were in close proximately to the apartment. There was an easy to follow after hours process.

Everything we needed was nearby. The property offers beautiful ocean views.

The location and view were excellent.

The property was not very clean and lacked basic amenities. I stayed for 5 days and all I got was one set of towels. Their communication is very basic with no courtesy whatsoever. Keep in mind that this is a furnished apartment, and unlike some places, there will not be room service even if you offer to pay for. They will charge you extra if you use a debit card (not credit) to pay, and the price shown on booking.com isn’t all inclusive. No cash option was offered during check-in. Good luck hearing back from them if you compliant.

Well located in the heart of Cavill, wonderful views, apartment has everything we needed.

bathrooms cabinets weren’t clean, hairdryer was dirty and full of hair. carpark entrance was difficult, we would have benefited from being told that P1 was actually Basement 1, section P1
