The Rooms

The ensuite bedroom, the WC and the wash hand base tap , make huge noise sound when in use and when not in use at times. It is so frustrating. I message them and even ask if we are safe but no response.The beds were bad ,the TV remote not working as well . I message them about this too but no response. We were supposed to check out on Friday but we checked out on Thursday because my kids were not happy with the situation.

A very modern and stylish property, very spacious and even desks which was an added bonus! Very beautiful property and we enjoyed staying here. Very comfortable beds and love the color of the place- gives it a very quirky style. The property has a dining table which is a great touch especially for families.

Hi, From Sunday (03/12/2023) till Tuesday (03/16/2023) we stayed with a group of 6 in the Parotia House in Staffordshire. We would like to request a refund because of following reasons: - At our arrival all of the dishes were dirty, we had to clean them all before we could use them. - No bath towels - No toilet paper available - The fire alarm beeped for 4 days while we couldn ‘t reach it. We immediately contacted the owner but didn’t get an answer. The next day (Monday) a lady arrived at our house to give us bath towels. - After 3 nights of little sleep due to the alarm, again we called twice for the problem! Only Wednesday evening they fixed it!! It had a big impact on our sleep and therefor on our school performances! - Not all of the heaters were working. The one in the bedroom downstairs, in the livingroom, in the bathroom downstairs and the bedroom upstairs on the street side. - The support of the matress in the bedroom downstairs was broken on one side. Lovely property inside, great taste in decoration and style. Lovely comfy beds, and the front upper bedroom is actually an en-suite, which we did not initially realise!

Property very clean and tidy. Close to local shops, open spaces and everything you need is replacing.
