Location and facilities were very good.

The email to obtain my key only contained the first page of the instructions. I arrived late at night and could not get my key. No contact was listed, so I had to find alternate accommodations late at night. I had to search and ask other business in the space for a contact. took hours. They did not compensate me for 1st night. I wish I had not prepaid. They only provided one key for me and my wife. We need two. No way to get second key. Very bad.

Nice and quiet space with everything I needed to feel at home.

Would have loved to have had extra towels during my stay.

I thought the bed was very comfortable. It was clean. I loved having a kitchen. It worked out very well for us to stay here and we would do it again!

It was a little snug for 3 of us but we made it work. I was a little disappointed that there wasn't a remote for the TV.

Location was great close to our family...parking could be a little more convenient and safe but the building itself was really safe and secure...

It would have been nice to cook meals in the apartment but there were no pots or pans...also the coffee maker and coffee were a great touch but no coffee cups...
