Ramon, the Owner, is a very nice and accomodating person. The apartments are quite new and very clean, everything was in good function.

If you want to dine in the evening, you have to go to the city center some kilometres away.

Public transportation is not great. Locals don’t know the names of their own streets. Whether we spoke Bisaya, Tagalog, or English, jeepney and trike drivers couldn’t understand. I realize that’s not fault of property owner but it is a factor in the location. I seem to know the city better than people who grew up there.

One of the best value accommodation I’ve been to. The price is really affordable with what you get - a suite, one flat with 2 bedrooms, a mini living room and a kitchen. We even rode the owner’s car driven by himself to help us go to SM. You feel cozy since the room is cozy. It’s like a European home.

Very nice unit. Spacious, clean, and the staff was amazing and accommodating. Wifi was great, drinking water was provided, and the full sized kitchen was very nice.

Unfortunately the ac wasn't quite sufficient for me as a westerner. I am sure it would be adequate for those that are accustomed to the climate.

The location is just off the main road, very good size car park. The inside is super duper clean to the highest level! Very friendly, helpful and accomodating staff. Wifi is very good and strong.. Highly recommended in Bacolod!

The staff were all courteous, accommodating, respectful and pleasant. The owner itself Sir Ramon was very helpful and accommodating. Definitely worth the visit.

Not that we dont like more of an opportunity perhaps moving forward. Utensils such as kitchen scissors, cups and saucers as well as plates count should be adjusted based on guest count if possible At least an electrician at the lobby to keep the area ventilated and not too humid or hot. Nevertheless, this place is 10/10👏

The property manager is very hospitable and kind. The place is clean and the location is around 15-25 mins from SM Bacolod (less than 200 pesos Grab fare). It can definitely compete with local hotels in terms of amenities versus price paid. I was even allowed late check out for no added charge.

Location

Three large rooms (two bedrooms and a large living/dining/kitchen) will full amenities, Netflix, dishes, refrigerator (NICE), microwave...the whole works. Ready for either an overnight or several months' stay. Staff was super-friendly and ready with extra towels, help with transportation, etc. Lots places to eat and a 7/11 very nearby.

The internet was a little ragged and I had to re-log in a few times. That was the ONLY downside of this superb place.

great location, exceptional staff

only 1 room is air conditioned, although 2 fans were provided, the living room, kitchen and the other room was still hot and uncomfortable to the point that we were sweating. There’s no elevator, going up to your assigned room to the 3rd floor will make you sweat. If you are elderly with co-morbidities, going up those stairs might not be a good idea.
