The owner was very accommodating and their home is very clean, organized and perfect for two people who need separate rooms with full bathrooms! I will definitely stay here again when in town on business.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo that was convenient to our family. It is a 2 floor condo that we found met our needs. Our contact for this property, Dean, was easily accessible. We enjoyed walking in the community and the surrounding area. We look forward to renting this property again when in Chandler.

This is a great facility. We stayed for more than a month and could not have had a better experience. The photos are exactly correct. We really liked the floor plan, decorating, furniture, etc. Dean is an awesome host and great communicator. We recommend this property to anyone thinking about Phoenix / Chandler.

Beautifully appointed home with all the basics and then some included. We truly felt at home in this 2 story, nicely furnished condo. We stayed for a month and never heard a noise from neighbors who shared walls on either side of us. Dean, the concierge, responded immediately to any questions we had, and was polite, friendly and helpful. The only downside was people bringing their dogs right up to the patio to do their business. Everyone cleaned up, but many didn’t seem to be aware of personal boundaries. The property still gets 5 stars from us because we loved the condo itself.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property was exactly as listed, very clean and bright. Dean, the property manager was very attentive and helped us get some mail that was necessary. Overall a very lovely experience.

Our host Dean was very helpful with directions, property access and city tips. Chandler area has great weather, is easily accessible to all that is greater Phoenix and the surrounding mountains. The neighborhood is quiet making for great exploring on foot. The accommodations we just as advertised and pictured. Neighbors we friendly and welcoming. The condo came with everything you need, including the coffee and was was very well maintained / spotless

We stayed for a couple of weeks in October as we were house hunting in the Phoenix area and visiting with friends. Dean was a great host, and the condo was very well appointed with everything we needed. The condo was very clean inside and out, and in a nice quiet location of Chandler as well. We will definitely use this one again!

Very comfortable stay in this well appointed condo. Very close to shopping and restaurants although you have what you need to cook in if you choose.

We enjoyed our stay. Felt safe in the area.
Having 2 master suites was wonderful.
The only thing we missed was a BBQ on the deck. There were charcoal BBQ’s at the pool but were not convenient.
We needed to purchase a small grill as we BBQ almost every dinner. Dean was a great host and responded quickly to any questions or concerns

As you can tell by the 5 star rating in all the questions asked, we were very happy with every aspect of this unit including the accessibility of the owner. He was easily available and quickly responded to the few questions we had. Looking forward to possibly staying there again!

We were very satisfied with this property . It has a nice decor . The balconies face south and have nice sun exposure .

This is a newly renovated condo that is tastefully decorated, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you may need for cooking meals. It was also nice to have a few spices available. We love the location that is within walking distance to grocery stores and some nice restaurants. Dean responded quickly to messages and was very helpful. We have stayed at a number of properties in the Chandler area over the years and we would highly recommend this condo for an enjoyable stay.

I travel for work a lot and I stay in a lot of Vrbo's. This by far is one of the best stocked homes I have ever seen. This home is also very well taken care of. Close to shopping and restaurants. I left it fully stocked with coffee and even beer in the fridge as when I arrived. Very nice touch! Thank you for having us as your guests.

We enjoyed our stay, it was in a great location and community. Dean is a very responsive host and made the check-in process/questions very seamless.
The community pool is walkable and nice.
The kitchen was fairly basic and the utensils/pans were not the greatest; I’m not sure id say luxury.
Overall a good stay.

This was our first time staying in Chandler and it was so convenient.. lots to do for the kids and easy drive to freeways. The place itself was more than impressive! It has been newly renovated and nicely decorated. Lots of extras, including kitchen supplies, coffe, laundry detergent and treats left for the kids. The host was great and easy to get ahold of if needed. Would definitely stay again.
